Recently Renovated Home w/private boathouse on main channel of Lake Guntersville

Enjoy a relaxing vacation on Lake Guntersville and park your boat in your private boathouse that includes single 35’ x 15’ boathouse slip. Boathouse is on a deep- water cove off the main channel. Boathouse has roll up doors, swim ladder and enough room to accommodate several boats to dock end- to- end at the same time. This boathouse gives you many options on how to spend your day: Fish, swim, or simply relax in the sun on Lake Guntersville.

You will love this Ranch style home on spacious one acre lot. It is located in a quiet waterfront neighborhood in Guntersville City Limits. Home includes a large front yard with view of the lake and plenty of room for kids to play. Evenings are perfect to enjoy the natural wood fire pit and outdoor decorative lighting.

Perfect for fishing and outdoor activities. Our home has a peaceful covered front porch with great view of the lake. The porch is perfect for quiet mornings, coffee and enjoying a great book. 3 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Bath, Living room with vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan, spacious well stocked eat-in kitchen, 2 high top dining tables (seats 10), Keurig single serve and full pot coffee maker included. Comfortable bedding in Master Bedroom with King bed sleeps 2 with ceiling fan, 2nd master with queen bed and day bed sleeps 3 with ceiling fan, bunkroom with 2 double beds & 2 twin beds sleeps 4. Plenty of parking, covered parking for one vehicle, outdoor power at the house and boathouse to charge your boat.

Our home has been a favorite of fisherman due to the close proximity of several boat launches and ability to park several trucks with boat trailers in the large circular gravel driveway. Gently sloping lot has easy access to Signal Point Road.

Amenities include: Electric fireplace, WIFI, cable, keyless door entry, clothes washer & dryer, gas grill & fire pit with outdoor lighting. Boathouse TV, radio with AM/FM/Bluetooth & stainless steel sink with water supply for cleaning fish.

Bed linens and ample supply of clean towels are provided. Starter supply of paper supplies, toiletries & firewood provided. Enjoy complimentary Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Shower Wash, Keurig Coffee pods, Bottled Water & Popcorn.

Property is convenient to downtown Guntersville by boat or car. Property within short boat ride to The City Harbor, River Bridge, the Bat Cave, and several lakeside restaurants.

We had a great time at Kevin's place. Everything you need for a vacation there is there. Kevin was always quick to answer any questions prior to our visit too that we had. We highly recommend his lake house! Perfect location and my father-in-law caught the biggest catch of his life right off the dock too. That made the whole trip worthwhile!

We enjoyed our stay at Reflections Cove immensely. We loved the location and area. We loved sitting out on the front porch in the mornings and nights. We would definitely stay here again. Kevin Hawk was a great host. Of course, we loved the lake and bass fishing. We just wish we could've stayed a little longer. We definitely recommend booking Reflections Cove for your next trip.

Highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay at Reflections Cove! The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The pier fishing was excellent, and the boat ramp and boathouse were a huge plus. We really appreciated being able to leave our boat in the water for the entire stay, which made everything so convenient. It was just a quick 10-minute boat ride across the lake too restaurants , which made for some fun and easy outings. Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing lakeside getaway!

This property location was a perfect fit for our group. It was well maintained and well furnished. We had six adults, and everyone was comfortable. But the best part was the boathouse we fit two bass boats inside of it and never worried about the rain. We will definitely stay there again.

Great last minute getaway

Wow, what a steal!!The views were great and the space was so roomy. The rooms are much bigger than what the photos reflect- we had space for 2 pack and plays in the room with the bunk beds and still had ample wiggle room! Kevin has thought of all of the last minute things you WILL forget to pack We took the kiddos to Kilwans one evening, needless to say , we had chocolate outfits afterwards! I worried because I had not packed any sort of laundry spray but upon arriving back at the house, Kevin saved the day with spray and wash! Yay! The boathouse had a t.v. in it, though we didn't use it- attention to detail was superior! The ease of renting, and checking out was my best vrbo experience yet. Thank you so much for the stay! Christmas Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The access entry and check out was very easy. Kevin is a great host and took care of any needs. The house is well appointed and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The local food was amazing and the people so welcoming and kind! We loved the access to the water and will come back in warmer weather to fish. Loved the nearby hicking and water falls!

Family Thanksgiving 2024

We enjoyed our stay celebrating Family Thanksgiving 2024. Last year, we visited DC during our Thanksgiving celebration; my grandchildren -ages 4-22 years- said they enjoyed this trip better than staying at Embassy Suites. This home was everything and more. We were able to do several activities with plenty of room for everyone. The home was equipped with ALL things we needed and more. We will visit this beautiful cabin again. FANTASTIC Lakefront Cabin

We had wonderful stay!! Beds were comfy
 which is usually our biggest issue. The location was quiet and picturesque. The color change of the leaves was a highlight for us since we are from Florida. Close to everything we wanted to do. Check out Sand Mountain Park if you have kids. AMAZING! The owners are on standby for any concerns and respond quickly. We LOVED the 3 way split for us, my son and mom in-law. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. Plenty of space! Extra clean too. Thank you!

Excellent fishing stay

This place has everything you'll need for a great stay while fishing Guntersville. Very clean and great location. Enclosed boat house is great to leave boat in every night without loading. Highly recommend if your planning a fishing trip to Guntersville.

Beautiful, well stocked and plenty of room for everyone.

We came with 5 tweens and had an amazing time! The location was great and the house was beyond expectations. While not huge there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the house was well stocked and super clean. The boat house was awesome and conducive to adults sitting there while kids splashed around. We made a fire every night. Would definitely come again. Tha k you.
