Flirty Flamingo--As cute as its name! New 3 bedroom home with Gulf view, in-ground pool, lots of room inside to relax, and enjoy your perfect vacation. Be one of the first to experience the Flirty Flamingo vacation on the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Begin your Flirty Flamingo vacation the moment you drive 2 1/2 blocks from the beach to this tropically colored home with palm trees that sway with the Gulf Breeze. You might want to just plop down on the front porch gliders and enjoy the view of the water before entering your vacation location!

Every effort has been made to make the Flirty Flamingo the perfect vacation spot--amenities to make your stay special, comfortable furniture, beach-y paintings, large TVs, pool equipment--all just for your stay!

The living room is large and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out and watch your favorite streaming shows. The blue tones bring the beach and water into the home and add to the calming effect this home provides.

Adjacent to the living room is the large dining room with a table where you can eat, play games, or enjoy some fresh fruit off the fruit trees in the back yard. There are oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, and lemons for you to harvest. The citrus is so flavorful!

The kitchen is large and fully-equipped and has a full-refrigerator-no freezer shares the space--you should never run out of fridge space!! The matching huge freezer is in the laundry room, adjacent to the kitchen. You can cook your favorite recipes for your guests, or boil some of our delicious Gulf shrimp and have a Southern Shrimp Boil!

The kitchen has a cozy nook area that has a daybed with a trundle bed and will sleep two. But during the day, it is the perfect place to curl up and escape into a good book. Or, it makes a great spot to relax away from the TV and catch up with family and friends.

The 3 bedrooms have all been decorated with colors that carry the beach theme and further help your vacation attitude reach its full potential. There are closets, chests, dressers, and bedside tables for you to place what you want, where you want. The beds are new, as is the linen, and each bedroom has a TV.

The master has a king bed, the middle bedroom has a queen, and the 3rd bedroom has a set of twins, with one twin having a twin underneath that can be treated as a trundle or opened up to act as a king bed.

The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer--even if you only bring your swimsuits, they must be washed! This room opens onto the back yard.

The backyard! An oasis of relaxation! The center piece for your enjoyment is a beautiful rock waterfall flowing into the blue waters of the in-ground pool. There is a large table set with umbrella and multiple pool chairs to lounge on. You can swim, sun, float, read, eat, visit, and just hang-out in the yard. There is a fire pit and benches, and a charcoal grill just for your use. You may be tempted to not leave Flirty Flamingo with such a relaxing back yard oasis!

This home was perfect for our family of 6! We had tons of room to stretch out, and the kitchen was stocked with all of the dishes and utensils that we needed. We loved the pool and how close it was to the beach. We would definitely come back!

Great place

Check in was easy. Kitchen was well stocked and toilet paper/paper towels were provided. Washer/Dryer was a PLUS. Pool was kind of small for a family of 6 with grown kids but we still enjoyed it! Place was spotless, pool could use a good cleaning. Very nice house!

Little piece of Heaven

Other than running out of TP, this vacation home was by far the best we’ve had. My family really enjoyed our stay and look forward to making this a regular yearly getaway.

Cute, quiet, and big!

The Flirty Flamingo is exactly as described! Quiet neighborhood and plenty of room! We had my husband and I with 3 kids and my mom for two days! There is plenty of space and storage!!! The pool is the added bonus ! We will definitely be staying here again !

Great Place - a couple notes

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms were great! Tvs in all the rooms, comfy living room. Overall our stay was great! For reference, a couple of minor necessities they dont provide would include: more than 2 garbage bags, extra TP, zip lock bags, and any spices you'd like in the kitchen.

The information said there'd be laundry detergent to wash the beach towels as requested, and there wasn't any, so we had to go out and buy some. There were no extra garbage bags and toilet paper, and there was no firestick remote for the living room TV. The rule book for guests said we were to o ly use the firestick remote and they weren't interchangeable. So we had no TV for our little girl.

We enjoyed the pool and was happy to have it as, the A.C. wasn’t working properly. We were experiencing extreme heat conditions at the time. The first night was a bit uncomfortable but we survived because of the ceiling fans. The property manager, Charlotte, did everything in her power to help make us comfortable including offering to put us in another rental. She did get an A.C. guy to come the next morning and he said their was a leak and the unit was old and needed replacing, he put freon in and that helped cool it down plus a good thunderstorm kept it cool enough to sleep well that second night. Over all the property definitely needed some maintenance in the kitchen, the oven door did not close properly and could have been a hazard if used. The kitchen was stocked with your basic necessities for cooking, pots, pans, glassware, cups and utensils. It was clean and equipped with a nice washer and dryer and plenty of pool towels. If they can replace the A.C. Unit and fix the stove, we would be happy to stay again.

House is cute but fleas and communication and how it was handled ruined it.

The house was super cute and a great space for our family and friends. We enjoyed the pool space and were having a great time. A couple days in we noticed bites on some of our legs and then noticed a flea in the 1 yr olds hair. At closer look there were fleas eggs in her head. It was disgusting. Pest control couldn't come in and moving all of our items wasn't really an option. So we bug bombed on our own and evacuated at dinner time with a 1 yr old at her bedtime and another kid who was sick at the time. Had to wash all the linens and sheets when we returned. If that wasn't bad enough the communication with the property manager has been horrible. Hasn't responded to my emails, calls, on what will be refunded and how we will make this right. Such a bummer to trust that we are going somewhere nice to spend our vacation and this is all we remember. I hate leaving a bad review but with how this was handled I can't not say anything and have this happen to someone else.

Loved the Flirty Flamingo

We loved the house and location. We had a group of 6, 4 adults and young children, and everyone had a good time. I think the only slight con was that we had to go buy toilet paper and trash bags because what was provided just wasn't enough for the group. When we had problems accessing the grill and pool toys, the owner was quick to respond. All of us would return to this property.

Reviewer Comments: While we had a great time and we love the location and the amount of space at this location, it didn't seem as upkept as last year. The yard needed mowed, the ac as the very best kept the house at 76-77 degrees. My mother in law had to sit in front of a fan the whole time we were there. When speaking with the neighbors we were told their houses were not having the same issues, but when i contacted the rental company was told all houses were like that and that they could bring some fans. When paying 5000 to stay a week somewhere i expect the ac to work correctly. the trash dumpster is missing the lid so trash blew out and had to be picked up. Good points were still have lots of ammenities with beach items and games.
