Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est situĂ©e au centre de Gulf Shores - Ă  quelques pas des belles plages et Ă  seulement quelques minutes Ă  pied ou en voiture du reste du plaisir que Gulf shores a Ă  offrir. Les Ă©quipements complexes sont Ă©galement fantastiques. Piscine intĂ©rieure chauffĂ©e face au golfe, sauna, centre de fitness face au golfe, grande piscine extĂ©rieure cĂŽtĂ© plage avec coin salon, aire de jeux, espace barbecue, parking couvert, deux ascenseurs Ă  grande vitesse et 150 pieds de plage de sable blanc. AprĂšs une journĂ©e de plaisir au soleil, dĂ©tendez-vous sur votre balcon privĂ© et profitez de la vue tout en respirant l'air salin.

Island Tower 1203 a tout pour plaire! Les vues de cette unitĂ© de coin au 12e Ă©tage sont absolument magnifiques! La cuisine a de belles armoires modernes et des comptoirs en granit et tous les appareils en acier inoxydable. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision, ainsi que d'une salle de bains privative avec une baignoire Ă  jets. La deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit queen size avec une tĂ©lĂ©vision et dispose Ă©galement d'une salle de bains privative. La troisiĂšme chambre a un lit queen size et une tĂ©lĂ©vision. Toutes les chambres ont une entrĂ©e balcon avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe. La table de la salle Ă  manger peut accueillir huit personnes et il y a de la place pour quatre autres au bar. Amazing Vacation

My family had a great week staying here. When we first arrived we were missing sheets in 2 rooms. I let the office know and there were people there with sheets and towels in about 30 minutes. We did not have any issues while we were there. Everything was nice and clean. We had everything we needed to cook: air fryer, crockpot, toaster, waffle iron, coffee maker
 it had everything!!! We look forward to coming back and will definitely be staying here again.

Spring break trip

Floors were dirty. Could not walk around barefoot or with socks on. Master bathroom sink was clogged up. Maintenance did come out within a few hours and fixed it. Guest bathroom toilet stayed clogged up the whole week and had to be plunged several times. The initial post said there was a play area which is one of the reasons we chose this condo but we never found one. I asked for pictures of it and the indoor pool before we even got there but was told no other pictures were available except what was on the original post.

Nice but could stand a few changes

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, adequate amount of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. Only some minor issues. The couch is completely destroyed which meant that in the evenings when we wanted to relax, we had to sit at the dining table which after being exhausted by 3 small kids was just not good enough. Also, none of the locks worked on the bedroom doors which made privacy with kids hard and the lock on the main balcony door was very tricky which meant my toddler was able to get out there. As a parent of small kids, I didn’t not like the fact that there was no plastic dishes at all. I did not like having to go to a separate location to pick up a code-I could see this being necessary when keys were involved but seems like an unnecessary step in the digital age.

Island Tower Vacation

We have stayed at Island Tower multiple times over the years. We usually stay in the same condo, but it was unavailable for this trip. We ended up booking a corner condo instead of the middle. I prefer the middle as it seems to have more room and easier to access the balcony. We stayed in 1203 this year and the condo was pretty nice. The decor was nice and clean, the furniture and appliances could use a good upgrade or cleaning. The building itself has deteriorated somewhat but I see they are continuing with repairs in the next few months. No issues with the elevators, access to luggage carts, noise, or access to the beach. We did not use the pools this time. I do recommend vending machines be brought back.

Beautiful view

The condo was great and spacious! My family and I loved the views. The only disappointment we really had with the condo itself was, the construction going on the whole week we were there and it just happened to be on our side of the condo/unit. The two bedrooms that faced the street is right where they were doing construction on the condo walls and it was right on our bedroom wall the whole week. The other issues we had while construction was going on, we couldn’t use our beach access because they had it closed off due to construction. Fire alarms went off at least 3 or 4 times while there and we had to evacuate from the 12th floor. From what regulars were saying in the lobby is it happens all the time. But overall the condo itself and view was great!

Had a family vacation here. The condo property was nice but a little outdated. The pool was very small and looked dirty so we never used it. The elevators were a short wait and there was plenty of parking which was nice. The unit was very nice and clean upon arrival. However, after being there for a little bit, we realized how dirty the floors were. You could not tell that it was dirty, but after walking on it for a little while, the bottom of your feet was very dirty. So we ended up having to wear our shoes the whole time that we were there. I suggest that the owners hire a professional cleaning service to deep clean the floors. Definitely bring extra bath towels with you because although they give you two per person they get dirty quickly. The beds were all very uncomfortable. I suggest the owners invest in new mattresses. The view from the unit was spectacular and the balcony was nice. It was a little inconvenient to have to check in and check out in their office which is in a different location, but the people that work there were very nice. All in all it was a good but it wasn't great.

We loved this place

This corner condo was made to be enjoyed! There was plenty of room for 5 adults. I woke up the first morning to find my entire family on the balcony laughing and enjoying the fantastic beach view. Plus we got to see the sunset from the second balcony every day. It is close to the beach, restaurants and liquor stores. If I had the money this is the place I would want to own. It was a Perfectly Wonderful Stay. Highly Recommend.

Breathtaking!

This is by far the best condo I rented to date down in Gulf Shores! The minute you walk in all the 12th floor and you see that wall of windows, is everything you could ask for. Super clean, very friendly people, Super easy to communicate with. Patio had all the furniture you need for a big family to enjoy. It was decorated so cute and everything was so comfortable. Definitely 100% staying here again!!

Great stay

The condo was stocked very well. It was a beautiful location with easy walking access to shops. We weren’t able to get into the condo until 4:00pm which was explained as a possibility before check in. The elevators worked very well. The fitness center was closed due to remodeled which it would have been better to know that, we were bummed, but took our workouts outside. The only complaint would be parking. There were many extra spaces the entire time of our stay. The property management company told me I could purchase another pass at the condo. The condo unit told me to speak to the property management company. We had our 2, but needed an extra. We happily would have purchased another, but that wasn’t a possibility. Would stay in this unti again for sure.
