This charming home offers easy beach access, a shared community swimming pool, and is conveniently located near dining, golf, fishing, and family activities, like Historic Fort Morgan and the Mobile Bay Ferry. Recently renovated, Salty Seashell offers 4-bedrooms and 3.5-bathrooms and accommodates up to 10 guests with on-site parking. Nestled in The Dunes community with nearby shops and restaurants. A car is essential. Golf cart is provided. A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed in this dog-friendly beach home with a pet fee.

LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN
Unwind in the well-appointed living room and kitchen. The living room features a Roku-enabled HDTV for entertainment and offers direct access to the outdoor deck. The kitchen boasts essential amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, and oven. Enjoy a cup of coffee with a drip coffee maker. Central air conditioning and heating provide year-round comfort. The dining area includes a table that comfortably seats six, while the kitchen counter offers additional seating for four.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
The first bedroom, located on the second floor, showcases modern coastal decor. Also on the second floor, the second and third bedrooms feature similar coastal styling and provide access to the shared balcony. The fourth and largest bedroom is situated on the third floor and includes its own private balcony. Designed with younger guests in mind, this room offers a double bed, a twin bed, a boat-shaped reading nook, a TV, and a variety of board games for added fun.
PARKING
Rest assured with the convenience of free onsite parking during your stay. We offer parking space for up to 4 cars, ensuring you have secure spots for your vehicles. No need to worry about finding a place to park; your beach getaway is stress-free from the moment you arrive at The Salty Seashell.
PETS
Well-behaved dogs are welcomed with an additional pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 dogs), while no cats, birds, or other animals are permitted.

Both the beach and a swimming pool are within walking distance. Dive into relaxation and fun at our shared outdoor pool and hot tub in the Dunes Community. Perfect for families or those seeking a refreshing dip after a day at the beach, the pool adds an extra layer of enjoyment to your stay at The Salty Seashell.
NEIGHBORHOOD
Tucked away in the private, gated community of The Dunes. A car is necessary for other activities, and the location provides easy access to local shops and restaurants, including The Sassy Bass and Tacky Jacks. Additionally, the property is a convenient driving distance to the Ferry to Dauphin Island.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
There is a flight of stairs to enter the home. Once inside, three bedrooms are located on the second floor and the main master is on the third floor. Primary renter must be 25 years or older. This property is non-smoking.
During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
