"Royal Palms 503 est situé au 561 East Beach Boulevard dans la magnifique Gulf Shores, en Alabama.

Nous pensons que vous avez besoin d’un peu de vitamine MER et que ce condo dïżœïżœune chambre Ă  coucher, de deux salles de bain en bord de mer est la solution! Avec un lit queen-size dans la suite principale, des lits superposĂ©s dans le couloir et un canapĂ©-lit dans le salon, il y a beaucoup d'espace pour accueillir jusqu'Ă  6 personnes. Une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e permet de dĂ©guster des repas dans la brise. Vous vous sentirez totalement relaxĂ© lorsque vous passerez du temps de qualitĂ© sur votre balcon privĂ© en profitant de toutes les images et de tous les sons du golfe du Mexique! Deux tĂ©lĂ©visions, un lecteur DVD et une connexion Wi-Fi haut dĂ©bit vous permettront de rester connectĂ© pendant vos vacances. Royal Palms est une belle propriété avec beaucoup d'excellents équipements. Avec son emplacement face au golfe, vous aurez un accÚs facile aux plages de sable blanc de Gulf Shores tous les jours! Il y a une piscine intérieure et extérieure, une salle d'exercice, un hammam et un sauna. Cette propriété est située prÚs de la 1540 ft. Gulf State Park Fishing Pier et à proximité des meilleurs restaurants, boutiques et lieux de divertissement de l'ßle. Veuillez noter qu'il y a une nouvelle zone de barbecue pour les grillades. La construction a 2 ascenseurs pour était d'accÚs dans tout le bùtiment.

Awesome location to everything! We’ve stayed here now at Royal Palms 3 times! We love it less crowded since it’s by the state park!! Easy access to Walmart, Publix and all the eateries!

The condo was at a great location. It was not to crowded because on one side was a fishing pier. The pools were clean and well maintained as well as the high rise. We would stay there again.

Love it!

This is our 3rd time staying in the Royal Palms and each time has been wonderful! This condo was clean, and the view from that balcony was beautiful. The only thing I think they should upgrade is the king sized bed- a little lumpy, but other than that, great condo for that price point! Will stay here again.

Overall, it was great!

Check-in & out process was easy. Other guests/residents at the condo were friendly. Location & view from balcony were amazing. The unit could be a little cleaner though. Our son found a used dry shampoo bottle in one of the bunk beds (which makes me wonder if the sheets were even washed), and there was pink soap scum in the shower.

Perfect location

This is a the perfect location for an incredible view and beach access! We really loved the fact that the Royal Palms property is on the "end" of a long line of condos and hotels. We just walked diwn the boardwalk and turned left and enjoyed a long stretch of beach between Royal Palms and The Gulf State Park Pier! We relaxed on the beach, looked for shells(my favorite activity), and walked in the sand with the ocean washing up on our feet! The condo is well stocked and comfortable and very beautifully decorated! I will definitely book at Royal Palms again!

Enjoyed our stay at Royal Palms

I stayed with my husband and children for 4 nights. My boys had a blast and enjoyed the views from the balcony. We loved the convenience of the beach access. We also enjoyed our time at the pool. The kids liked that they had the option of the indoor or out door pool. My only suggestion would be since covered parking was an amenity it would be nice to have a larger covered parking area as there was not always a spot available for covered parking with as many guest was occupying the facilitiy. Overall great stay and we would love to stay again in the future.

Love the location

The location was perfect. It is on the less crowded side of the beach with plenty of room. There was a nice beach vendor that rented chairs and umbrellas. We loved that it was next door to the state park. We brought our bikes and rode many miles on the trails. we also rode to everything else like dinner. The condo was clean and very cozy for my husband and I. The only reason I didn't give the cleanliness 5 stars was that I don't think they regularly mop the floors. My feet were black from walking barefoot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Palms. The unit in which we stayed was clean and well-maintained and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We also were impressed by the indoor pool and spa both of which we used each day. The property is the last one before the pier and that makes for some beautiful photos in the morning and evening. The proximity to numerous restaurants in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach is a plus. We only had one issue (a malfunctioning lock on the door) but within twenty minutes of reporting it the issue was fixed. We are already planning on returning at a future date.
