This cozy private home is just a short walk from the shoreline. Close enough to enjoy the ocean breeze without being right on the beachfront. Ft. Morgan is about a 25 minute drive from Gulf Shores, so you can head into town when you feel like it, then return to a quieter stretch of coast. Whether itâs morning coffee, long walks, or an afternoon of fishing, itâs a lovely place to spend a summer day.
The Space:
Coco Cabana spans two floors, giving everyone plenty of room to gather together or slip away for a little quiet time. Inside, youâll find comfortable spaces to relax, a fully equipped kitchen for easy meals, and TVs in every room for winding down after a day at the beach. The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, making it a great setup for families or small groups. Outside, thereâs plenty of seating to lounge, catch the breeze, or work on your tan during the day, and a perfect spot to relax as the evening settles in.
†Main Floor:
â A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals
â Start the day slowly with a fresh cup from the coffee maker. The kitchen also has a toaster and blender, perfect for easy breakfasts or a quick smoothie before heading out for the day.
â A laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer, so packing light is totally doable.
â All bed linens are provided. Just bring your own beach towels.
†Bedrooms:
â Two downstairs bedrooms each feature a queen bed and have access to two full bathrooms.
â The upstairs bedroom has three full-size beds and its own half bathroom, making it a great setup for kids or groups.
â TVs in every bedroom for relaxing after a day in the sun.
â The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests
â€Outside:
â Watch the waves break from the decks and take in the ever-changing view of the sky and water. Settle in for a meal outdoors, stretch out on a sun lounger, or relax in one of the rocking chairs as the day slowly drifts by.
â Grill out on the charcoal grill and enjoy a meal at the picnic table. There is also a comfortable outdoor sitting area and concrete parking under the house, with additional parking available in the driveway.
â€PETS:
This home is dog friendly and dogs are allowed on Ft Morgan Beaches. We allow 2 small dogs (35lbs or less) with a non-refundable pet fee of $150, which will be invoiced separately.
Guest Access:
This is a single-family home and guests have access to the entire house.
Other details to note:
â AGE: Minimum age of primary renter: 25. The primary renter must stay the entire time rented. We reserve the right to request a copy of your identification to verify your age.
â PETS: We allow 2 small dogs (35lbs or less) with a non-refundable pet fee of $150, which will be invoiced separately. Please include pet details in your reservation request. Undisclosed pets will be charged an additional $100 fee per day.
â NO SMOKING ALLOWED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE HOUSE. This includes e-cigs or anything that lets off smoke. A $250 fine will be charged to the credit card on file and a damage report will be submitted to Airbnb. Smoking is permitted outside as long as stubs are discarded properly.
â CONTRACT: We reserve the right to request a signed contract after the reservation is confirmed. Guests will have 24 hours to return the contract in order to maintain the reservation.

NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE HOUSE. This includes e-cigs or anything that lets off smoke. A $250 fine will be charged to the credit card on file and a damage report will be submitted to Airbnb. Smoking is permitted outside as long as stubs are discarded properly.
FURNITURE: Please take care of the furnishings and do not rearrange the furniture. As a reminder, you will be charged for damaged items.
CLEANUP: The house will be clean when you arrive, and we request that you leave it in good order. Excessive dirt or general untidiness will require an additional cleaning fee. Please notify us promptly of any damage or problems that arise.
GARBAGE: Garbage is to be discarded in the outside trash containers.
MAINTENANCE: All maintenance is normally performed prior to your arrival, but we reserve the right to conduct routine maintenance if necessary. Please notify us of any maintenance issues or if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified immediately. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property, you are authorizing us to enter the property and fix the stated issue to solve the problem.
DAMAGES: The tenant shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the property and its fixtures during the term of this lease. Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges which will need to be paid for by you before your departure.
CHECK OUT: Check-out time is 10 am. Please respect this to allow proper cleaning time for our next guest. There is a $50 per hour charge for late check-outs. Please follow the checkout procedures posted inside the home and located in the manual.
LIABILITY: Owner shall not be liable for injury or damage to Tenant or any person who uses or is in the premises, or be liable for damage to their property, or the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
