Spectacular 2 bdrm with Gulf & Lagoon views, pool!

Moonraker 36 is a wonderful condo located in the heart of Gulf Shores with deeded beach access right across the street! 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, beautiful views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon. You, your family and friends won't be disappointed with this well-lit, well-appointed condo. Community pool and BBQ areas, large deck area right out your front door, and easy access to everything Gulf Shores has to offer!

Great lighting, inside and out. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. 1st bedroom has a king bed. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Living room has a sofa bed. Well stocked kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, community pool, and wonderful views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon.

**Moonraker 36 is located on the top floor and there are lots of stairs which is great to ensure you get your steps in while on vacay and the outstanding view of the Gulf and Little Lagoon are well worth the workout but not so much for someone who may have mobility issues. There is no elevator to this unit.

Guests will have access to all spaces inside condo except owner's closet located in the hallway. Pool and BBQ areas are available to guests.

I won't be available in person but we have people who can help if something goes wrong or assistance is needed.

Moonraker 36 has deeded beach access directly across the street! No need to fight for a parking spot on busy beach days. Just park your car in your designated spot and stroll across the street with your family and friends for a beautiful day at the beach.

Right around the corner for The Beach House and neighborhood convenience store/market. 1 mile to Bahama Bob's and only 1.5 miles to The Hangout, Pink Pony and Hwy 59. Rent a beach bike from Ike's and hit the town for sun and fun!

Moonraker 36 has a designated parking spot located right across from Unit 36 building, on the same property. Guests can walk, drive and ride bikes around town with ease.

Great Vacation Rental!

Very clean. Short walk to the beach. Pool was clean and well maintained. Matress in main bedroom was so comfy we want to get one of them for our home. Having a washer and dryer in the room was a huge convenience. Great view of the lagoon from the balcony where I drank my morning coffee. Close enough to attractions and shopping but far enough from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend! Communication with the host was great.

This unit is on third floor with stairs. So if leg issues may not be good. It has great views and ac was real cold. It is also in a great location for the area. We really enjoyed our stay there. Make sure to bring toilet paper because you only get one small roll forcstay.

Clean and close to the beach

Greg & Stacy's place was clean and close to the beach. It is an older property, but you can tell they have put thought into their condo-- set of hooks on back of bathroom door which we really appreciated, twin beds in 2nd bedroom were nice for older kids. Hangers in the closets and also a mirror in every sleeping area were pluses. Mattresses were also thankfully comfortable. Love how close the condo is to public beach access! Very walkable and lots to do around the area.There is only one hand towel for bathroom and only one hand towel & dishcloth for kitchen. One garbage bag provided so make sure you bring more if you're staying more than a few days. We enjoyed our time at Greg & Stacy's, and she was amazing with communication!

The property owners were always available for any questions we had which made our stay a very pleasant experience. It was very close to the beach, the pool was nice, and the place was clean and put together. I would highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay

It was a very clean and lovely place and a very close walk to the beach, it took me about 3-5 minutes! The host immediately answered with any questions I had. It was just me, but could be perfect for a family 3-5. It is on the third floor, so anyone that has a disability, come with knowing this. Otherwise, a beautiful place and great location

Travel Baseball trip

My oldest son had a baseball tournament scheduled for the Gulf Shores area. The condo was perfect for my family. It was right across the beach and within driving distance of restaurants. The only drawback was that there is no elevator and the condo is on the 3rd floor. Carrying groceries up the flight of steps in the heat was no fun.

Lack of communication

Many friends stayed in nicer places for less. Convenient for walking to the beach, but iffy complex. Broken dishwasher, maintenance had access to room without any notice.

We enjoyed our stay recently at the Moonraker Condo. The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures and the location was very close to the beach. The host was very easy to reach and always got back to us promptly to answer any questions. I would return to this condo again if we were in the area.

The best feature about this property is that it’s oceanfront. It has some age, but that doesn’t deter from the view. Parking is $50 for the week. There is never early check in available so no place for luggage storage if you don’t have a car and arrive early. The 2 main bedrooms are nice; the 3rd bunk room is really tiny and mostly suitable for small children. The check in amenities were a very nice touch. For the price, this place is enjoyable.

Wonderful place to stay

Great owners. Clean and made us fill at home. I travel for work and hotels are not always the best. This place was perfect. Nice beds and leaving space. Kitchen was great. Nice to be able to cook and not eat out all the time. Will definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Peace of Mind

Finding this property was truly what made this trip a positive experience! Communication was super fast and the check in/out process was the easiest part of any where we've stayed via property sharing. Honestly, the stairs weren't even that big of a deal either besides the initial bringing up of luggage and leaving. Ww highly recommends staying here!
