Il est temps de "Seas the Moment" avec cette belle maison de plage dans la subdivision Heritage Shores. Cette maison meublée à la mode est une grande maison de 5 chambres et 5 salles de bain pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes trÚs confortablement. Quatre des cinq chambres (chacune avec leur propre salle de bain) sont situées hors du large couloir qui mÚne au spacieux salon / cuisine avec la suite parentale attachée. Un balcon couvert s'étend sur la longueur de la maison sur le cÎté nord, offrant une vue pittoresque sur la baie tandis que le pont avant fait face à la piscine au centre de la communauté Heritage Shores. Profitez d'une télévision connectée dans le salon, de téléviseurs dans 4 chambres et d'une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit. Profitez de votre propre oasis en plein air, parfaite pour que toute la famille se réunisse pour des compétitions amicales. This property had EVERYTHING we could possibly need and more! It was perfect for our party of 11, ages ranging from 6-65+. The downstairs with all of the games was a huge hit! I highly recommend this property for a multi- family vacation. We would definitely book it again!

Beach 2023

There is one bedroom that doesn't have a television, but other than that, this house is great. We chose it because of the games provided downstairs, and they didn't disappoint. Our family loves to compete in anything, and the games kept us occupied each evening after the beach. It was lots of fun! We would definitely stay here again.

Nice house/Great location

The house was great but check-in process was a little of a pain, was told we could go to the house at 3 PM, when we got there the cleaning crew had just started cleaning and we had to wait another 2 hours for them to finish. The downstairs was not cleaned and really needs to be refreshed and cleaned up after each visit. Overall we did enjoy our stay, and the house was perfect for our group and the distance to the beach and pool was not bad at all. I would recommend this home, but the property management needs to get with cleaning crew on completing them by the checkin time of 3, and ensuring the downstairs is cleaned as well.

Beautiful home

Seas The Moment is a beautiful house with lots of stuff to do under the house, but you better spray yourself down with Deet because the mosquitoes there are horrific at any time of day or night. Also the cleaning staff needs to do a better job at cleaning. There was a pair of men's dirty underwear underwear 1 of the beds and a 20oz water bottle under another bed. The master bed had black dog hair all throughout the linens. Overall we had a nice time

It is always so good to spend a week will all of your family, and our week didn’t disappoint.

The games downstairs were a great diversion from the beach and pool ( for the kids AND the adults. A good time was had by all!

Family vacation

This property has been perfect for our family vacation!! The games and rec areas on the ground floor set this property apart from others and is exactly what we need to keep both kids and adults entertained. The short walk to the beach is enjoyable. Access to 2 pools and tennis courts that are steps away from the home is a must for our youngest. There's something for everyone at this property and we'll be coming back without a doubt!

Great Place for family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. We didn’t realize that each room had its own bathroom- so that was a real plus. The downstairs game room was a lot of fun. The owners did a great job in putting all together. Plenty of space for 12 people to stay comfortably. It is a short walk to the beach, but very manageable. Only downside was the community pool. It was pretty dirty so we never used it. We would definitely stay there again.

Hurricane Sally Hit!

We loved all the extra things to do at the house. Pool, ping-pong, putt-putt, and horseshoes. Unfortunately, we got there on Saturday night and had to leave Monday morning due to Hurricane Sally so we only enjoyed everything for a short time. The house was awesome....all 11 of us fit in the master shower for a photo op, fully clothed, of course! The shower curtains were moldy and too long, the fridge smelled like rotten fish, and the washer does need replaced soon, but the rest was terrific!

Best Home Away Stay Ever!

Have rented many Home Away homes over the years and this has been by far our favorite. Stayed with my 2 daughter's families. Very spacious for 6 adults and 5 kids. Bathrooms in every bedroom was a huge bonus. The kids loved the bunk bed room, which was well stocked with games and puzzles. Kitchen was the most stocked I've ever seen. I brought several pots / pans / utensils with me, as most rental houses tend to be inadequate with these things or just have cheap secondhand things. This house literally had it all. I never needed to use my own things. Downstairs of the house was filled with tons of fun stuff to do, mini golf, pool, ping pong, corn hole and more. This was great, because when we weren't at the beach, we weren't all just sitting in the house with kids running around. We stayed busy and had fun the entire time. It helped that the weather happened to be perfect all week. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The only downsides experienced (and they were not of the house itself), we had a 2 foot snake slithering on the porch the first night and the yard is full of sand spurs ... so just don't walk outside without shoes. Finally, an ice cream truck drove through the neighborhood daily, and that was an extra treat for the kids and adults alike. Would absolutely stay here again!!!!

Great Family Vacation!

This house is great for families! The house is super cute. Having your own bathrooms for all the bedrooms is always huge! The shower in the master was an amazing size! The downstairs pool table and ping pong were great and we had several corn hole tournaments! The kitchen and living space was huge and perfect for our large family. The only negatives we had were the cleaning service needs to work harder. They didn’t clean the counters or the tubs before we got there and the furniture in the living room could use a good clean. The house has a very musty smell but we used air fresheners which helped, I’m sure the water in the air doesn’t help with that. Also outside do not step in the yard barefoot! They have sticker bushes with yellow spike balls on them that will draw blood. But I’m not sure it’s something they can fix without harming the environment. Overall we would happily stay here again and loved the beech and the distance to the beech!!! Also it was great having the pools so close as well.

Great house for families! So much to do!

We had a fairly large group of people staying and there was never a shortage of entertainment! The amenities on the ground floor of the beach house were fantastic. The owners thought of everything right down to the kid's games!

The property was well designed for a big family. The entertainment portion of the game space kept our kids busy during the lay back times getting out of the sun. The kitchen was well equipped for any cooking needs. Highly recommended

Great house and location!

Our family enjoyed staying at this house. Great views of the bay, short stroll to the gulf. Lots of fun games and activities outside downstairs (pool, darts, putt putt, etc)! Kitchen well equipped (the only thing we needed that we didn’t have was chip clips lol!) Great living and dining room with plenty of seating. Front bedrooms were a little warmer than the rest of the house.

Perfect House, Perfect Location

The house was perfect for our three generation family vacation! It was comfortable and well appointed. The activities under the house were perfect for keeping all ages entertained on our one rainy day and the location was phenomenal. Away from all the traffic and hubbub of the downtown Gulf Shores area, we were able to fully relax and unwind with our kids and grandkids. We will definitely try to return to this house for our next family beach vacation.

We loved the house and all of the amenities. It was quiet and peaceful. Suggestions: need more than 2 bath towels per bathroom. We have never stayed at a place that had this few. Also the bottom step to the grill etc is a different height from the rest of the steps and we almost had some falls. It is a hazard and needs to be professionally fixed. We had a bad storm on Sunday and on both French doors in the back a lot of water came in and we had to use towels to sop it up. The kitchen was very well equipped and the fridge was a great size. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you
