Welcome to Sea At Last, a brand-new 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom beach cottage offering modern coastal charm, easy beach access, and serene lagoon views. Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama, this spacious retreat comfortably sleeps 10 guests—perfect for families or groups seeking sun, surf, and Southern hospitality.

Bedroom 2: Two twin-over-twin bunk beds, ideal for kids or young guests.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

This was our 2nd time to stay here. The beds are very cozy, including the kid’s bunk beds! Everything is very clean & just like the pictures. Kitchen is well stocked. Location across from the beach is perfect. Communication upon arrival when our door code wasn’t working was excellent. The living room rug needs to be replaced due to not very clean. I laid a towel down to change my baby’s diaper because it was pretty gross.

COMFY BEDS & SUPER CLEAN!

We stayed here with family & friends for the week. It was very clean & to everything to do! The beach access is directly across the street- easy access! The beds & pillows were all very comfortable! We couldn’t find a broom to clean up, but other than that, everything was great! Thanks for letting us stay! We will definitely book with them again!

We enjoyed this stay as it is one one the best vacation rental experiences by far. What i enjoyed most was the quick & friendly communication when I had a question. It is a short walk to the beach and proximity to the pool was great! The property was very clean! When we return to Gilf Shores I will seek this property first!

Comfortable cottage

This property was perfect for our two families! The home was clean and spacious. Communication with the company was easy. It's set in a quiet stretch away from the busier area, which we loved. A quick, easy walk to the beach with access directly across the street. We would absolutely stay here again!
