The house inside was immaculate and was very cozy for our family of 4 including our small dog. The kitchen was nicely stocked with the exception of a large mixing bowl. The bedrooms were on the smaller side, but the beds were super comfy. There were several soft or weak areas in the hallway flooring. The property manager was contacted with an immediate response. Throughout the stay though, the flooring in front of the cold air return vent began to crack.The property is located on the bay with a short walk to the ocean. During low tide, the water is very shallow in front of the house but was deep enough to launch our kayaks. The neighborhood was very peaceful and clean. The area under the house had a nice setup with crabbing equipment, paddle boards, kayaks, cleaning table, shower, etc; however, the ceiling is very low. If you are taller than 5â8, you have to duck in order to walk under the house. Needless to say, our mid-sized suv would not fit under the house. There was some trash lying around the edges of the concrete pad underneath the house. There was only one outside door to the home which was concerning to me in case of an emergency. Overall, it was an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
