BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Disappointing maintenance and uninvited pest control

Property was just as advertised but called maintenance on a ice machine that did not work and slow running toilets. They never showed up. Also, a pest control person came in the morning unannounced to spray. He got into the property and then asked if anyone was home. In addition, one of the back bedrooms stays hotter than all the rest. We paid a lot of money to rent this property and you would expect not to have these problems.

The property was amazing, more than enough room, very clean. We had some glitches with a bad electrical outlet impairing the large TV in great room, we notified property rental and they responded timely. Streaming services were available on all other TV’s, just couldn’t get basic cable.

Lovely stay

The condo was beautiful and so functional. We had 12 adults and an infant and had so much space. Location was perfect and the beach never seemed too crowded. We had a few issues with the dishwasher and sink leaking but the property manager handled them. Can’t wait to come back.

2021 FAMILY VACATION

This please is amazing and huge. Our whole family went and we all still had plenty of privacy. AC was great we could all control our own air. The view was breath taking. We will definitely rent this place again. I would love to meet the owners. They made beautiful picture out of their original photographs. I loved all the special touches.

The Condo was well equipped and furnished well.

I was pleased with the condo, the view was excellent but I was disappointed to open drawers in master suite to find hair in them. The kitchen floor did not look like it had been scrubbed. The rest of the Condo was great and the security people were and added plus. Both ladies were a delight.

Multi-Family Beach Vacation

This property lived up to its expectations and served our 3 families of 7 people wonderfully. All the bedrooms are spacious w/ their own TV, bath and balcony for privacy. Beds were just right firmness. The common kitchen and living area is well furnished and very comfortable. The entrances are fully secured with the use of key fobs to get around the building and on/off the beach. Our only recommendations are to 1) upgrade the quality of bath towels...they are small and thin and 2) consider adding a couple spare rolls of toilet paper...what is provided for a week with a full house won’t cut it.
