Welcome to true beachfront living at Gulf Village! This beautifully renovated (April 2023) 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is directly on the beach — no roads to cross and no long walks to the sand. Simply step outside and enjoy immediate access to the shoreline, along with breathtaking Gulf views from your private balcony.
Located on the third floor with elevator access just around the corner, this coastal retreat is thoughtfully decorated to create a relaxed, beach-inspired atmosphere perfect for families and friends.
As of February 2026, the building features newly upgraded high-speed internet and cable, ensuring reliable streaming, remote work capability, and strong connectivity throughout your stay.

The dining table seats six comfortably, with two additional bar chairs for extra seating.

Things to Know
Routine pest control occurs on the fourth Thursday of each month.
One parking pass is included ($40 fee added to your stay).
A second parking pass is available for an additional $40 (must request in advance).
Maximum of two vehicles per unit.
Parking spaces are unassigned.

Whether you’re planning a family beach trip, a couples’ getaway, or a relaxing week by the water, Gulf Village #313 offers the perfect combination of direct beachfront access, upgraded amenities, and comfortable accommodations to make your stay unforgettable. numbered. No boats, trailers, RV's or jet skis are allowed. Paid overflow parking is available at Pier 33 down the road. This is a convenience store with a lot that allows overnight parking. Go inside Pier 33 to pay the overnight parking fee. This fee will not be reimbursed.I would also like to add that the elevator is a convenience, there are times it may not function because of our close proximity to the beach and other guests misuse. We have a contract with a repair company and they will come out within 4 hours to repair it if they dont need to order parts but I just wanted to make sure everyone was aware that on rare occasions it does go out.

Keep the Fridge and Freezer temp set to 5 max. Maxing the temp makes the ice maker fail. I know that there is a crack in the glass on the BR slider

Beach view was nice even though not a direct view. Condo had not been cleaned when we arrived. Miscommunication between owner and cleaning service. Was handled promptly but delayed full checkin for 3 hours. Building was old and needs a lot of TLC. Walk areas for pet were ok.

Our family stayed the week of Sept 6th thru the 13th. We had beautiful weather. Its a quite area on the beach which we loved. The deck view is amazing. We were able to bring our service animal also, there is a small area for the dogs to go too.It was perfect for our week stay and Andrew was always quick to respond back. We would love to stay again. Very nice unit, clean had all the necessities for our visit. Two comfortable bedrooms and the baths were clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved being on the beach and having use of a pool. A bit run down

The stay was great! Had a lot of fun. The condo was old,dirty and over priced. One sink would not drain. Toilets had pink mold growing when we arrived. Wile the toilets did flush it was a slow process.

Not what we expected

Room had vent encrusted with dust. Balcony was on side of building not on front overlooking Gulf. Furniture had wear and tear and was uncomfortable because of all the dirty marks. No maid came around with clean towels. Had to buy our own tp. Building was old and showed it. Elevator was in bad shape it worked but the inside was crusty. Was told by a previous tenant that our room was the way it was because we brought our dog and those rooms were rarely "kept up"

Perfect location

If you are looking to book a beach experience this is the place. So close to the beach. Gulf view from the balcony and even from the sofa inside the air conditioning. The condo is clean, with a focus on comfort. Kitchen is updated and efficient for breakfast. Ice is available. Host is responsive and invested in Alabama. People I have met around the condo are friendly and recommend some great places to eat. The food is remarkably delicious.

Although it seemed to be an older building, the inside was clean, well-furnished and modern. The washer & dryer and the kitchen appliances were very nice! The owner got in touch with me when I had a question/issue and was extremely nice and professional. I would stay there again.
