Ocean Reef #105 is perfect for the small family looking for a budget friendly, beach front complex, in the Heart of Gulf Shores! Look no further! Park the car and forget it!! Walk the beach to the famous Hangout, Pink Pony, or to Gulf Place Beach where all the fun and awesome festivals, such as the National Shrimp Festival, and the popular Hangout Music Festival are held. Ocean Reef offers other amenities as well such as: High-speed WiFi, Private Beach Access, Coin-Operated Laundry Facilities, and Covered Parking for up to 2 cars. Can't Beat This One! (This home sits on the first level, which is actually upstairs. The ground level is used for parking. There is not an elevator for this building complex.)

This spacious 1-bedroom home sleeps up to 4 persons with a King Size Bed in the Primary Bedroom and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area. It has a beautiful, updated walk-in Shower in the full bathroom, and Smart TV's in each room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to whip up an awesome meal for your small family. The private balcony sits off the kitchen and faces the North (not the beach), or you can pull a chair out on the front walkway and watch the kiddos swim in the complex pool, just right at the bottom of the stairs.

- Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

- All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) -Monthly Rates are available upon request. These rates are not advertised. We prefer full month reservations from the First to the First.
