The spacious living area features two comfortable sofas, a large flatscreen TV, and expansive windows that flood the home with natural light. Bayfront balconies on both levels create seamless indoor-outdoor living - perfect for morning coffee or sunset views. The dining table seats 6, with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar, making it easy for everyone to gather and connect.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN + LAUNDRY ROOM WITH BALCONY

The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample storage, and everything needed for preparing meals - whether you’re grilling your fresh catch or preparing breakfast before heading to the beach.

A separate laundry room offers a full-size washer and dryer, a second refrigerator for beverages or bait, and its own private balcony.

COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with premium bedding and a flatscreen TV:

Main-Level King Suite: Private balcony access and en-suite bath with a spacious walk-in shower and large closet.

Upper-Level King Suite: Loft-style design overlooking the living room, with a sliding barn door for privacy when desired. Includes a private bayfront balcony and en-suite bath with walk-in shower.

Queen-over-Queen Bunk Room: Sleeps 4 comfortably and includes two gaming chairs for a fun kids’ or teens’ retreat. A full bathroom with tub is located just off the hallway.

No pets on furniture or beds
Dogs must be leashed outdoors in the neighborhood
Guests must pick up all pet waste
