Step inside Alta Marea, a newly designed, beachfront Gulf Shores vacation home offering ample privacy and traditional coastal living. Professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, Alta Marea welcomes you with breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon, providing the peaceful serenity sure to create a relaxing vacation.

This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home comfortably sleeps 12 guests and features a spacious open floor plan. The fully appointed kitchen sits at the heart of the home, offering generous countertop space ideal for preparing meals for large families. With 8 seats at the dining room table, 4 additional seats at the bar, and even more seating on the oversized covered sundeck, there's plenty of space for family meals and gatherings. The private walkway to the beach extends the outdoor living area, perfect for enjoying Gulf breezes and easy shoreline access.

Upon entry, guests are greeted by the open-concept kitchen and living room overlooking the expansive gulf-front deck. From the dining room, you'll enjoy views of Little Lagoon, perfect for sunset dining. To the left, there's a gulf-front king suite with an ensuite bathroom, along with a north-side bunk bedroom and a second hallway bath. To the right, you'll find a Gulf-front king suite, a north-side queen room, and a hall bathroom. The home's thoughtful design ensures comfortable living, with cozy beds throughout.

Additional features include an electric fireplace, a bar area, a standalone under-counter ice maker, and TVs in every bedroom and the main living area. Ample parking and an open carport make this home ideal for family gatherings, with plenty of space for outdoor activities. Wedding-friendly and perfect for large family vacations, Alta Marea provides everything you need for a memorable stay.

Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult over 25. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Monthly winter guests are welcome in December, January, and February. Alta Marea is located on West Beach, just 5 miles from the main intersection of Gulf Shores, and features private, deeded beach access shared with a nearby lagoon-side home. Kaiser Vacation Rentals follows Enhanced Cleaning Protocols, including a complete linen turnover after every guest.

Lovely home in a great location; private beach at the quiet end of Gulf Shores. Kaiser was very responsive to our requests. The Keurig wasn’t working and with one phone call to Kaiser the coffee maker was replaced within the hour. The home was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. I guess the only thing lacking was the outdoor grill. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation!!! The house was just absolutely wonderful. It had everything that was needed. The kitchen was very well stocked. The board walk out to the beach came was very convenient. The covered back porch was very peaceful just to sit and enjoy. Look forward to booking this house again next year!!

The property management company is great. Responded to messages regarding AC issues quickly and had the company out in 24 hours to address the concern of the AC not getting below 76 in the house. The company couldn't find anything wrong and said the unit was doing the best it could with the high humidity and large windows. We kept the bedroom drapes closed the whole trip, never left exterior doors open, and the AC just couldn't keep it cool. We typically set our AC at 68-70 at home. The temperature at the beach was 90, and the AC in the house would run 24 hours and stay 74-76. We found two box fans in a closet that we used the first night, and the property management company brought another fan for us to use. The house was clean, stocked well, and had a great location, just had AC problems. Also, the location of the bedrooms states the queen bedroom is beachside, but it is actually not. The two king bedrooms are beachside. The bunk room is located behind the master, and the queen room is located behind the other king bedroom. Oh, and the beach walkover was great...just one step from the walkover to the sand!

Nice property, love the ease of access to beach over the boardwalk the beach was not ever crowded around us a single day, very private. Would have been helpful to have some towel bars in the bathrooms, no place to hang bath towels to dry after showers in any of the bathrooms.

Perfect Location / Minor Maintenance Needed

The property and location are extremely nice and as pictured. The dolphins swim by every mourning and sea shells are great. Our only complaints were related to the rocking bath tub and less than desirable main fridge and oven. We would definitely stay again though.

Alta Marea was perfect for our family vacation! The home was beautiful and cozy. It felt like we had our own private beach but were also within 10-15 minutes of all the restaurants and activities in Gulf Shores. We loved it!!

Spring Break 2025

Beautiful, clean home with lots of room! Loved the boardwalk to the beach. Easy to communicate with host. Beach was just fabulous and so large for grandkids to search for shells everyday. Soft, white sand! Covered deck was a plus on a rainy day. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great beach house

The home was clearly just remodeled and is in excellent condition. It is located right on the beach with a nice walkway over the barrier. It is hard to complain as just about everything you would hope for in a rental was provided ... just two minor issues ... 1) there were not any spare blankets so we had to turn up the heat a bit on a colder night, and 2) the hose bib to wash off your feet at the porch was not working. Other than that we were very happy with out stay.

A Beautiful Boardwalk Christmas

Our family came together at this wonderful property and were met by lovely accommodations that exceeded our expectations. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms with luxury finishes, a huge modern kitchen with every amenity we could have hoped for coupled with a massive great room and wet bar for gathering together. The home features a wrap-around porch with plenty of seating, and a private boardwalk to the beach offered a perfect segue from home to beach. The property is located far enough down West Beach Boulevard to avoid the beach crowds. Absolutely one of the best VRBO properties that we've ever visited, our weeklong visit was truly exceptional. We hope to visit again soon!

Beach vacation

The pictures don’t do justice to the beauty & elegance of the home. Loved the open floor plan with huge, unobstructed views of the gulf & bay! Kitchen was central with lots of countertop space. 2nd frig would be great for large families. The ample covered porch & private walkway to the beach extended the outdoor living area beautifully. Beds were comfortable. Can’t wait to come back with our large family-children & grandchildren!
