Located in the enclave of West Lagoon Cottages, a secluded low-density community of only 42 recently built homes, this property combines comfort and convenience with a touch of coastal charm. With deeded private beach access just steps away and a community pool complete with poolside his and her bathrooms, you’ll have everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled getaway. You’ll also have access to downstairs storage, which includes beach chairs, a beach wagon, and other supplies to enhance your daily fun in the sun. Memory Maker is tastefully yet comfortably furnished with room for ten guests, making it the ideal place for families and friends to gather and create lasting memories.

Step inside to an open living space designed for gathering. A comfortable sofa and TV make the perfect spot to wind down, while the dining table for six and breakfast bar seating another six make family meals easy. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including a blender, coffee maker and Keurig, microwave, and refrigerator with a icemaker as well as a freestanding ice maker. At the end of the hallway, a twin-over-twin bunk bed provides additional sleeping space beside a full bathroom with a combination shower and tub. A washer and dryer are provided, making extended stays more comfortable.

Upstairs, three bedrooms await to provide a restful night after a day of sun and sand. The first features a king bed, TV, and private bath. The second offers two full beds with its own bath, and the third is another king suite with TV and private bath, ideal for families or groups traveling together.

For added convenience, you’ll have a charcoal grill under the carport that doubles as a smoker and pizza oven, paired with a bar-height bistro set for outdoor dining. You can also rinse off in your private outdoor shower after a beach day. Covered parking is available beneath the home with additional parking across the drive.

When you’re ready to explore, you’ll find Memory Maker adjacent to the Gulf Shores Bike Trail system, which connects to piers along Little Lagoon and extends to Gulf State Park, the fishing pier, and Lake Shelby. Whether you’re biking, fishing, or simply watching dolphins and pelicans by the shore, there’s something for everyone.
