Located in a resort-style community across from the white sands of West Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores, Alabama, this charming retreat is perfect for those seeking a relaxing coastal escape.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Very nice in a great spot for the beach and piers

Home was very clean. We enjoyed the walk to the beach which was on a sidewalk away from the Main Street. Only complaint doesn’t effect my endorsement of this rental and that is if you have noisy neighbors, it can effect the patio experience.

Spring in Gulf Shores!

We had a wonderful time visiting Gulf Shores! This property is everything you could want or need. Clean and beautiful. It’s right on the walking path with a lovely view of the lagoon and a short walk to the beach. We rode our bikes to town and to the nearby State Park which has many hiking and biking paths.

The unit was nice and up to date, and very clean. We did however have a big infestation. I hate to say anything bad about the place because it would of been perfect if it wasn’t for the bugs. So I hope to try it again, hopefully they can get this taken care of for the next people

We loved our stay. We had six adults and one baby. We enjoyed the view off the back porch, the nice kitchen and seating area, and the proximity to the pool and beach. One area that could be a little better- the mattresses. All in all a great time was had by all.

It looks just like the pictures, very comfortable well equiped, eccept for a knife we like to cook a bit. Beds and showers very nice. All the appliances worked well. Nice view to the lagoon, the walk path in the back is a really good addition! if you was thinking of traveling with your family this is the best place to stay. About 7 minutes walking to the beach we really enjoy each walking day! House are very spacious, Easy communication and very friendly. The only think bathrooms need extra cleaning around the shower because we can se the mold in 1 bathroom, but for the rest I give 5 stars!

Immaculate and clean. Perfect location. Home had very well stocked kitchen. All the essentials. Beds were comfy and plenty of space for larger groups . View from the balcony is absolutely beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Dog friendly and perfect path to walk them right outside the door. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect!

The house was absolutely gorgeous! Beautifully decorated, tons of space so we never felt like we were on top of each other, and exceptionally clean. The location was great - a short walk to the beach, but not more than 10 minutes. The view from the balcony was lovely as well. It was the perfect size for me, my son, and several of his friends. Our only slightly negative experience was that a grumpy neighbor (who apparently likes to report people) accused the boys of swimming in the pool after hours. This was not true as they were at the beach at the time. Other than that, which wasn’t a big deal, we had a wonderful stay!

Nice house but lacks simple things

We enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for what we needed. It’s a nice home with good space. However it lacks amenities and small details that owners should add for renters to utilize the property with more comfort and ease. Kitchen lacks quality items to use, dishwasher would not work properly even after we called, bathrooms have no towel hooks to hang bath towels or toiletry bags, porch couches had no back cushions, and floors/rugs were dirty. We enjoyed our stay but I think some improvements need to be made.

Cleanliness and Communication

This is a very nice and spacious house for a large party. The neighborhood is nice and our young adults enjoyed the pool! However, upon check-in, the master bathroom shower had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There were dirty wash cloths and opened soap, etc. in the shower. We logged a call with the management and were told they would contact us right away. We didn't hear back from them so I called again and asked what the plan was to clean the bathroom. I was asked if I considered this an emergency and if not it would be the next day before we were contacted. No, this wasn't an emergency but I did not go on vacation expecting to clean behind someone else's filth in a bathroom. We chose to use the downstairs shower that night and the next morning and waited for someone to contact us about cleaning. They never did and still haven't. Also, the first night, the sheets in this same master suite were dirty. We did not log a call but slept on the couch that night and bought new sheets the next day and changed them ourselves. I would give this a one star for the fact no one even attempted to correct the situation. it was not life or death but when you're dealing with a germophobic...bathroom cleanliness is next to Godliness. Overall, the home and it's furnishings are beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Thank goodness there was an extra shower downstairs!
