Bienvenue dans le luxe Ă  son meilleur! Island Tower Penthouse East a tout pour plaire. 2400 mÂČ Ă  Ă©tendre avec toute la famille. Les vues de cette unitĂ© au 26Ăšme Ă©tage sont absolument magnifiques. C'est le plus haut bĂątiment de Gulf Shores et vous ĂȘtes tout en haut. Des vues dĂ©gagĂ©es sur le sud, l'est et le nord rendent cette propriĂ©tĂ© trĂšs spĂ©ciale. Le salon est dotĂ© de superbes parois de verre, de siĂšges confortables pour sept personnes, d'une table Ă  manger pour huit personnes et de quatre tabourets de bar supplĂ©mentaires entourant la cuisine. La cuisine a de belles armoires modernes et des comptoirs en granit. Tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, double four et plaque de cuisson. Il y a aussi une grande buanderie avec une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien aménagées. La suite principale du Golfe est incroyable! Beaucoup de chambre avec balcon privé, lit king size, télévision à écran plat et l'une des plus belles salles de bain des maßtres que vous trouverez! Les équipements complexes sont fantastiques aussi. Il y a une piscine intérieure ainsi qu'une piscine extérieure à débordement. L'espace barbecue, situé du cÎté est du complexe, est un endroit idéal pour la famille !. Les enfants peuvent jouer dans le sable ou se balancer dans les balançoires. Il y a aussi une salle d'exercice pour garder le corps de la plage en forme et un parking couvert dans le garage.

Cet Ă©tablissement est situĂ© dans le centre de Gulf Shores. À quelques pas des belles plages et Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied ou en voiture du reste de l’amusement que procurent les rives du golfe. Il y a beaucoup de magasins et restaurants Ă  distance de marche du condo. Le reste de l'amusement, comme "The Hangout", "The Track", "Waterville" et "LuLu's", pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns, se trouve Ă  quelques minutes en voiture. Our stay was incredible! Amazing views, beautiful condo! First time to Gulf Shores and we will definitely return! The property was fantastic. The only complaint is the microwave, could not get microwave popcorn to pop after at least 4 bags not popping. 😍

Great views and easy access to restaurants and beach.

My husband and I rented the Island Tower penthouse for a full week vacation. Overall, it was an amazing trip! The condo was right on the beach and had some breathtaking views. All the rooms were very clean and had cozy beds. Only issue we had during our stay was one of the air units were not functioning properly. We reached out to the property owners to get it addressed. The property owners did respond quickly to our concerns and were very polite about it. They got maintenance out there as soon as they could. However, the HVAC workers ended up having to come by twice. Both times needing another part since air unit still was not functioning properly. Aside from the air issue, our stay was wonderful. We really enjoyed the property and easy access to beach and restaurants. I would suggest in future for owners to do a run through before renting condo out to make sure everything is functioning properly.

What a beautiful place to stay!

From the moment we walked in we were in heaven. The view is the first thing that blows you away then the rooms, the furnishings all top notch. Beds were amazing.The master bathroom luxurious. Our entire family 7 of us all had great rooms with balconies. You really felt at home here. What a great time in a great location!

Overall a great experience. There was only one kitchen towel and no pot holders... So I bought a set at Walmart... Wonder if they'll stay there. The views at this unit are phenomenal. We had fun looking for marine life with binoculars. Enjoyed the beach several days before a cold front moved in... Would stay here again.

Beautiful city and gulf views- the best of both worlds.

This unit offers plenty of room for a large family to spread out. The panoramic penthouse views are breathtaking, with one wall of windows facing the gulf and the other featuring views of the city. The master bathroom is very luxurious, and the balcony off the master is perfect for relaxing alone with a cup of coffee, as it is separated from the main balcony. Two of the guest rooms share a small balcony which has a side view of the gulf, and the other guest room faces the front of the building with limited view of the bay. Perfect location, close to everything.

Perfect condo for many couples

The condo we stayed in was a 4 bdrm. When we arrived at check in we were told we had to pay for additional parking passes, over the one included. When there is a 4 bdrm condo surely there could be at least 2 passes given with the rental fee charged. Some areas of the condo could have been cleaner; in side cabinets, bedroom carpets, bathroom rugs. The condo was spacious and comfortable for our party of 6.

We totally liked the condo. The view spectacular. Loved the two different seating areas. Kids could watch TV and adults visited while looking at the view. Thought the kitchen was very well stocked. We had four families, 10 people, including 2 toddlers and never felt cramped. We have been coming to Gulf Shores for 15 years. This was our 3rd year at Island Tower. First year in Penthouse. Best Vacation yet!

Best View on the Gulf

I’ve been vacationing in Gulf Shores for literally 60 years and can say that it truly does have the best view. Great size and accommodations. Four comfortable bedrooms and 4 baths ... 3 that are ensuite. Great having a washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. The size was equivalent to some houses I’ve rented. Switch out the unused wine frig that’s in the wet bar area for an under cabinet ice maker and you have THE Best accommodations! Poole and Associates were very pleasant and easy to work with.

This penthouse needs upgrades before I would call it a penthouse

If you have a big car, truck parking is terrible!! The elevators are very bad , not working half the time , you get stuck or stranded on them ! In the penthouse 2 of the 3 toilets didn’t work and it took half are vacation to get them fixed ! The oven didn’t work well, taking hours to warm up and cook , we took food out of the oven to microwave instead ! It seemed like the coffee maker took an hour to make a pot ! The ice machine in the fridge was useless making very little ice ! The master bedroom bathroom door didn’t close also ! The carpets are dirty, bad as well ! When I rented the penthouse I expected the best , this wasn’t the best not even close !! It was a special vacation with family but when you have to put your hand down in the toilet tank to flush it every time it kind of becomes a awe full start to our vacation !! Think twice before vacationing here the view might not be worth the headaches !!

Beautiful Condo! Wonderful Location.

The location and unit were perfect. It was easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. There was plenty of room for six adults for everyone to have their space. This was especially important since we had plenty of rain the week we stayed. The kitchen was amazing. Since we had rain during our week, we cooked in a couple of nights. The dining room was a great place to play cards and games. It was nice to have laundry in the unit. The beach was a quick walk and the out door pool was very nice. We would stay here again. Great memories.!

Beautiful Condo, love the living room hangout area

Great stay! Living room was great for our large number of family members to play games, watch TV and all eat together. Easy walk to area restaurants and shopping. Beach area was super clean and not crowded. Only complaint, not enough towels and washcloths. We had to wash them daily, sometimes twice. We managed fine. Enjoyed our stay and looking to book again for next year!

Nice get-away

The location and unit was very nice. It was easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. There was plenty of room for our party of six. We had a nice time at this location. The beach was very nice as well. During our stay the maintenance wanted to come in and do repairs and actually unlocked our door and walked in the condo. I requested they not do repairs when we were on our vacation and they responded very well, were friendly and did not bother us again. I would not recommend bringing a large vehicle because the parking garage is very tight. I had a suburban and getting out was a nightmare.

Our family of four had a wonderful time in this penthouse unit at Island Tower. We have stayed in this complex before, but never in the penthouse. We would definitely stay here again. The views are outstanding and the condo is nicely furnished. Everything you need for a great vacation on the beach.

The furniture is old and out dated and the carpet is dirty. The elevators in the building are so slow and don't work half the time. I called and complained and warned them that I would call fire department. Our beach chairs and umbrellas got stolen ,they were where security told us we could put them. When I called the people we rented from they told me they would call association to see if they could help, that did not fix the problem, so the entire time we were there the elevators were a big problem

Great space ! Great Views !

The unit is amazing! The views are incredible, very spacious and well stocked with all the utinsils needed for a 2 week stay. I would like to have given 5 stars but the carpeting really needs to be cleaned and the tile could use a really good scrub. You had to wear flip flops or shoes or your feet were BLACK! Love Gulf Shores and I would rent this unit again but would request floors cleaned prior to check in. Poole staff was very friendly and helpful.
