ONLY ONE VEHICLE ALLOWED DURING March 1- August 15 & Labor Day Holiday. NO BOATS, NO TRAILERS, CAMPERS, DUALLIES OR OVERSIZE VEHICLES ALLOWED. This 10th floor Gulf Front 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo is located on West Beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama!

Take a dip in the sparkling pool on your way to a sugar white sand beach, which is just a short boardwalk away! Direct Gulf Views from the living area and the master bedroom! Hear the waves and sip on cool drink while enjoying the private balcony! The beautiful upgrades include a tiled master shower, plus a guest soaking bathtub with tiled surround, granite counters & tile floors through out, a large living room TV, stainless appliances including a dishwasher and a washer/dryer inside the condo! The master bedrooms is equipped with a King bed and privately adjoins the master bath with a tiled walk-in shower with a seat. The guest room offers a queen bed, plus a twin over twin bunk bed.

As a guest you will have access to the beachside (seasonally heated) pool, Barbeque Grill area, and game room/fitness center. Guest under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult at fitness center. ONLY ONE VEHICLE ALLOWED DURING March 1- August 15 & Labor Day Holiday. NO BOATS, NO TRAILERS, CAMPERS, DUALLIES OR OVERSIZE VEHICLES ALLOWED.

The property had a good shower and the kitchen was well equipped. The king bed was way too high and the property manager said that we could buy our own step stool. The one available stool was for a child. I removed pillow cases for washing and I was totally grossed out by the nasty pillows. The manager did send some new pillows but why should we have to experience the filth. There was a leak underneath the kitchen sink and the stove. We were without use of the kitchen for 40 hours. Again the filth that I found underneath the stove was nauseating. For the first month the dishwasher and disposal didn’t work well or not at all. The dishwasher and disposal were replaced 3 February. The washer’s spin cycle doesn’t remove the water. Clothes were sopping wet. The balcony furniture looked as though it was taken from the street. The wicker was missing from the arms and tape was used. One chair’s back had the biggest hole. The rugs are filthy. Underneath the sofa is total filth. This rental was the worst along with the property manager. We did enjoy the Gulf view and the sunrises and sunsets.

Great experience. Condo was perfect and accurately described. We have stayed in Gulf Shores over a dozen times in the last decade and have never stayed in the same location. This was one of the top stays on our list. We were unsure of the enclosed balcony, but it was wonderful!

Gulf Shores Tower 10B

The condo was very nice and had everything you would need, including some beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Something came loose on one of the bunk beds and maintenance was there to fix it before the end of the day. It was quiet, loved the patio and the views were beautiful. Thank you so much!!

Awesome family vacation!

We brought our four children (8-2 years old) for the week and had so much fun! The view is awesome. The pool and beach were a huge hit with the kids. So nice to have the room right on the beach we could go back for meals and naps. Lots of families were on the beach too which our kids loved. We saw dolphins jumping in the Gulf and one of the fishermen caught a sting ray! The sand is like powdered sugar. As the pictures and reviews state, the furniture isn’t in brand new condition but honestly it was nice to be in a place with little kids that we were comfortable with them using the furniture and not breaking it. It might not be all updated but it was all comfortable! Everyone slept great. We’d definitely recommend this to families!

Orange Beach Stay

The condo itself was nice how we could sit on the back porch right on the ocean. However, there were several concerns with how clean the condo was. The floors were dirty and sticky, the shower curtain liner in guest bath was moldy and needed to be changed, and the tables were dirty. My friend and I spent the first 2 hours cleaning which was unfortunate since we had to pay the next cleaning. The good thing is the condo was was clearer when we left than when we arrived!

Great place

Everything was awesome. The bed was a bit high off of the floor until we found the step stool on the shelf in the closet. Then we noticed how comfortable it was. Bring a comforter if you are used to heavy covers. If the refrigerator doesn’t produce ice turn off breaker for 10 minutes then press the reset on the bottom of the ice maker. This place is away from the crowds, and was very clean. Great place to stay. Texting maintenance got an immediate response. Really great communication.

Nice place that’s it

We found the condo to be nice, however, desperately needs some furniture updates as one of the mattresses is so sunken in. One tv in the bedroom didn’t work and they only offer cable which is fine but we couldn’t utilize the second room much more. The master bed was so high I couldn’t leave my kids for 1 second bc if they fell off it would’ve been bad. I needed a stool (they provided) to get in the bed. They said they offer minimal supplies I.e. TP, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap and if there was a word for less than minimal I’d use that such as (scant) there was one roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll dollar store quality, and we couldn’t wash dishes except once on the way out. We stayed 3 days and had to go to the store to provide our own paper goods and dishwashing liquid. As a family we typical cook breakfast and eat lunch in the condo and we initially had to hand wash everything we used; this was the most annoying except when it came to the pool that was closed half of our vacation. I texted the number and she said she’d look into it but never heard back. Fortunately, they opened it the last full day we were there. Having two small children a pool was a necessity when looking for a place so this was just so disappointing. Over all the condo was nice just the details were really underwhelming.

Perfect Condo on the beach!

We absolutely loved this condo on the beach! The enclosed balcony was an awesome amenity! The place was clean, the view was amazing, and we would stay here again! So thankful for the opportunity to stay in it, thank you to the owners for renting it out!

Beautiful View!!

First off the view is stunning! You’re looking straight out to the beach. The beach access was great. We were literally just a few steps away. The pool was also very nice. The condo was clean. It was minimally decorated and could really stand for a bit of an update. The washer/dryer combo was good to have. The second bedroom had a regular bed and a set of bunk beds. The master bedroom was nice. However, you will need a step stool to get onto the bed. It was terribly inconvenient. So be aware of that if you have any kind of injury or any mobility problems. There were a few things that were needing to be replaced or fixed. The thermostat is hanging off the wall a bit, same for the shower, and there were some cosmetic issues with a couple of the chairs on the balcony. Overall we enjoyed our stay and again, the view alone is worth it.

Great place and perfect views

I think this is one of the few properties that actually had great water pressure and actually hot water. The views were amazing. The place was easy to find and Pam gave great instructions on everything. Place had everything you needed. We just got away for the weekend but it was much needed and we didn’t have any issues. Gulf views

Cute little place with great views on the gulf. Elevators were fast and not too busy. Parking is limited and tight if you have a bigger vehicle. The kitchen could use a good deep clean and furniture in the living room could be updated. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Spring Break with kids

Loved the enclosed balcony and did not see another option like it listed in all the other condos. It was quiet and clean and the location was ideal. My only complaint was that the smart tv in the living room never would properly connect, in spite any troubleshooting, and the tv in the kids bedroom had a DVD/VCR combo (and no cable) so, of course that never worked properly. So winding down at the end of the day was a little frustrating, but overall I was pleased.

Condo was fine! Just as listed. Only one problem. The sliding door to the balcony didn’t lock. I called maintainance and they said they would send someone. Not sure they did.

Great stay

Fit our family of five very well. Clean and comfortable beds. Towels were the perfect amount. Washer and dryer and full kitchen helped the stay function well. Having the pool and beach access so close was a major convenience with two boys that had differing opinions on activities. Made the days more manageable. Hope to stay again in the future.
