SEAS THE DAY at this newly renovated condo at Gulf Shores Plantation! Relax and enjoy this fabulous coastal 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with your family! Everything you need is on this property and once arriving you can stay, play and never leave the resort. With room to roam and spacious grounds, this is a place you will want to visit year after year.

THE SPACE: This condo has been completely renovated, with a coastal vibe and beautiful wood-look laminate throughout (no carpet). Our beautiful kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your specialties, including a crockpot. We provide both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. The living room has a 55" smart TV and a queen sofa sleeper. The master has a queen bed featuring a 43" smart TV with an adjoining master bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with a 43" TV. The condo will comfortably sleep six (6) people. While not directly gulf facing, you have a nice view of the water with new patio furniture to relax in! Free WIFI and cable are provided along with a smart lock for your convenience. A washer/dryer is not provided in the unit. However, laundry facilities are located on the same floor. Ice and vending are located on the first floor. Our family friendly resort is gated and has 24-hour security.

THE PROPERTY: The grounds are extensive so plan to spend time exploring. The resort has six outdoor pools, hot tubs, and bath houses with restrooms. The Nest, attached to building 4, houses the indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, sauna, and steam room. The Nest is only accessible by an access key card which is provided in the condo. Other amenities include tennis and basketball courts, horse-shoe pits, shuffleboard and putting green. Stroll down the boardwalk and enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches. Relax and spend your day exploring the beach, collecting shells or building sandcastles. In the summer chairs and umbrellas are available to rent on the beach. Convenient outdoor showers are provided to wash the sand away. Unwind in a nice swing or get fired up and grill for the family on the provided outdoor grills. Ice is available onsite to keep your drinks cool and vending for snacks. Excellent food selections await you at the onsite Sassy Bass Island Grill which services breakfast, lunch and dinner.

THE AREA: Adventurers, you are only 20 minutes from Gulf Shores for restaurants, shopping, a water park, mini golf, go kart track, zoo and beautiful public beaches. In Foley, explore Tanger Outlet Mall or head over to OWA Amusement Park and catch a thrill on any of the exciting rides. You are 15 minutes to historic Fort Morgan at the mouth of Mobile Bay. Fort Morgan has beaches, picnic grounds and a gift shop to explore. Book a deep sea fishing tour at Fort Morgan Marina. For golf enthusiast, the Kiva Dunes Golf Club and Kiva Dunes Restaurant are right next door. Located on the grounds, is Sassy Bass restaurant which is unique and reasonably priced. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food and drinks are delicious, and the view is amazing! Just a 5-minute drive away in Fort Morgan is Tacky Jack's Restaurant. Located nearby is The Beach Club restaurant. Family-style dining, pizza and a small selection of grocery items are available at The Pines which is about a half mile away.

They place was exactly as it look in the photos Beds were comfy, and they had lots of stuff for the beach so made it easier for traveling. The grandkids loved having the option of pools to go to or the beach. We want to visit again this summer !

Perfect home away from home!

Absolutely stunning condo! They thought of everything you could need down to the 2 types of coffee makers, and all the essentials! Perfect weather and calm waters for grandson’s first outing to the beach. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend!

We have been snowbirds for 20 years & have stayed in various condos. I would say this one was the cleanest & the most welcoming. Perfect amount of everything!

The condo was super clean and everything just like mentioned in the advertisement. Everything was within the facility and that made for a relaxing trip. Sassy Bass on site was yummy. We were able to experience the beach, the variety of pools, and the food all in the gated community. Service right at our fingertips.

Perfect weather and relaxing!

Our condo was very nicely decorated and homey. Lots of lighting and very bright. Every room had several places to charge our electronic devices. Outside property was being worked on so not one of the prettiest places we had been to.Enjoyed being away from town.

Best trip ever !

This was literally the best trip we ever took, I have never been to Fort Morgan before and I love it. The property and resort are exactly as pictured and absolutely perfect. The area in Fort Morgan should be preserved . It is out of the way of all the crowds very scenic but close enough to anything you need , which you won’t need anything it’s all here. Condo 3317 was so cute I didn’t want to leave. Thank you to Sea South and the owner my family had the Best time, Fort Morgan will be special to us forever !

The property was close to multiple pools and beach access was easy. Two things I didn’t like: If lightening or thunder struck at any moment all the pools, even the indoor pool was be shut down and there was no indication on when they would reopen. One security guard told me 30 minutes after the last strike it would reopen, but that did not happen. The other thing I didn’t like was that we received a property violation for items hanging over railing on balcony. My wife and I specifically made sure that nothing was hanging on the rails. We used to provided hooks to hang out beach towels but still received a violation. That was kind of annoying. Other than those two things, we enjoyed our stay.

Best 3-day beach trip in years!

This 2 bed 2 bath is gorgeous! It was just enough room for the 6 of us (5 adults and one teen). The access to the private beach is convenient and has none of the hassles that come with the public beach at Gulf Shores. We even left our tent and chairs set up all weekend. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed, and there is a restaurant right next door too! Arrival and departure instructions were timely, and we had no issues with checking in. We will definitely be back!
