Very nice property. Description is now correct for this property online. Management personnel quickly resolved an issue for our group when it arose. Love, love the elevator, VERY helpful (a bit persnickety, but we overcame! Ha!)

Excellent Property!

Our stay was perfect, we had to book at the last minute for this house due to our original house had issues happen and had to cancel our reservation, so we didn’t research it much before and we were very lucky. This house had everything we needed plus more, it ended up being an upgrade from our original booking but well worth it. The beach this year had an extreme amount of jelly fish init making the pool a great backup for water play. It was a bit of a walk to the beach access but not extreme, house was clean. The elevator was not working called office and they quickly responded to get it working. Great communication. Could not have been happier with our stay and were glad our original houses host cancelled us and we were here instead. Would stay here again.

Spacious House in Up and Coming Area

Overall it was a great house. Pros: Huge house, fairly recent construction Sleeps 12+ (6 couples) comfortably (6 rooms) Each room has private bathroom Elevator is huge plus Plenty of parking Pool/deck are great Kitchen fully equipped 2 fridges - plenty of room for food storage 2 coffeee makers - great for multiple guests Internet works pretty good Roku TV in each room Check-in and check-out was a breeze Front desk was extremely attentive Beach is white sand with pretty emerald-green water Plenty of room on beach to set up tents/chairs etc Cons (these are not deal breakers): Neighborhood is a construction zone Lots of construction going on around property Lots of garbage receptacles strewn along narrow street Combination of construction/garbage along the road detract from natural beauty of surroundings In general house was clean on the inside. Downstairs in the car port and surrounding area had trash all over that we picked up View of ocean/beach is blocked by other rental properties across the street Beach access blocked by private properties Had to access beach through property under construction May have to walk/drive down the road a bit to access beach in the future View from the beach includes a number of oil rigs within fairly close proximity No shore patrol or lifeguards as far as we could tell Relatively isolated - very few options for restaurants, household goods, or groceries nearby 25-30 minutes from Orange Beach

We had an amazing weeklong stay with our feet in the sand. The kids loved the pool, and we all were able to maintain privacy in the house. The bedroom options were perfect!!

Family Beach Vacation

This was our first time in Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan. We had a wonderful time. The house was very nice. Everyone had their own bathroom. The pool was amazing and just a short easy walk to the beach access. Thank you for the hospitality. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. It was also very nice having 2 refrigerators.

Phenomenal Property

This was the cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. It was spacious and had a full bath and TV (not that we watched any) for each bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. This property was built to be a vacation rental hence the great layout, nice furnishings and even an elevator for bringing up luggage etc. There were no extras however in terms of beach towels, beach chairs, cribs, food storage bags, cleaning products, spices, not even salt and pepper. We drove so not a big issue as we checked on beach gear and porta-crib in advance, but could be for those that fly. Only other comment is it is quite far from Gulf Shores. This was a plus for us, but was even 20 min drive for groceries. The upside was no crowds and quiet, although plenty of other vacationers around. The beach was beautiful, and the unheated pool, while small was clean and fine for our group. The property owners/management were very responsive before and during the trip - we had questions only - no issues. I’d definitely stay in this property or another by Reed Realty.

Thanksgiving Holiday Family Get Together

Brand new 6 bed/6 bath home with ocean view. Property's kitchen accommodated the preparation of the family's Thanksgiving Dinner. Great layout, elevator and pool! Highly recommend.

Great family beach house

This beach house was perfect for our family of 11. Our only complaint was that there was no direct beach access; the public accesses were about a block away both directions. Otherwise, it was a great location!
