Oceanfront Oasis is outfitted with all the essentials to create a fun family vacation. The well-equipped, full kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, with a dining table easily accessible nearby. Seating areas in the living area are positioned to allow you to see the beautiful Gulf scenery just beyond the patio doors. Outside, the spacious balcony opens onto a beautiful, expansive stretch of white, sandy beach in the quiet Fort Morgan area.

House was right on the beach with lovely views. I didn’t look back in the reviews far enough to see this house was right next to the public beach access. We didn’t spend all day outside because we have littles but I could see this being a problem in peak season. The floors creaked like crazy, only an issue with bed time. The bathroom faucet in the master was not installed right so it came off the wall as soon as the water turned on. Also the front door handle didn’t work (deadbolt did). Reached out over both of these issues. We received a message from VRBO but nothing further so we were down a shower all week. Overall this is a great house but maybe not the best option if you have littles

Short vacation at 3 BR beachside bungalo

This house suited our needs pretty well, but its location next to the public beach access leads to other people setting up directly in front if the house. We came to Fort Morgan to get away from the noise, but there were boom boxes heard near there. The house looked great in the pictures but it is very much showing its age. For instance, the deadbolt on the door from the secondary bedroom to the porch was rusted shut. This was very disappointing to my daughter who very much wanted to use it. Also the GFI receptacle in the master bathroom was bad, preventing my wife from using her blowdryer. We checked the GFI reset button and the breakers, but to no avail. The floor in this house is spongy. There is no cable service, so the only way to watch TV was with streaming services which we didnt have. I wanted to watch a football game on Saturday but could not for this reason.There is a utility line hanging within 4 ft of the ground next to the parking area. When we came back from a restaurant one night we found the door entry code inexplicably wouldnt work anymore, so we had to call the 800 number that was provided to get a new code. No explanation was provided by management except for them saying "sorry". I would not re-book this location again. The house is fairly old with a

ON THE BEACH! đŸŸ

The beach is our favorite place to be and we have never stayed in a place that is literally, ON THE BEACH! This little place was perfect for us. We found it to be quite comfortable and we really liked that it is pet friendly! That’s mainly why we chose the place, for our little Bella’s first beach trip. She loved it and we loved being able to have her with us. She loved running and sunning on the beach. I liked the convenience of the detachable shower head that allowed me to bath her in the tub. She enjoyed watching the people and their pets walking on the beach. It was so nice being able to just walk down the steps of the porch and be, On the Beach! There were amazing sunrise and sunset views from the deck. It was also nice being able to sit on the couch and look out the windows at the beach and water. And we can’t forget to mention the amazing constant sounds of the gulf waves hitting the shore. Being right On the Beach has indeed added a lot of character to this house. I’m sure it has weathered quite a few storms. Love the little dips, squeaks,and creaks in the house, that gives it, it’s character. To be honest we were a little nerves about our chose after reading some of the reviews but once we got here we saw that the management had performed most of the needed upgrades
 now granted there are a few other things that still need addressing but nothing that spoiled our stay. I’m sure by the time we return next year, it will be perfect!

Great beach house!

The house was great location,quite and clean not to mention it is beachfront it doesn’t get any better than that. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee watching the waves roll in. Highly recommend this house.

We had a wonderful time and absolutely love the beach. We did like the quietness of the area(Fort Morgan Ala) but the closest grocery was about 20 minutes away. Wish there was one a little closer. Beautiful area!!

Vacation Stay

So we are familiar with this property since we have stayed here before. Since our last stay they have done a lot of remodeling to the property to include new flooring, new bathroom vanities and new larger/updated TV's. We had an amazing time and love the location. The beach access was incredible, the white sandy beach and clear water was beautiful. Chapter 13 is also close to several restaurants on the strip which makes it very convenient. We will be back next year and the year after. Good Stuff!!! :)

The house was not clean and we had multiple issues.

The house smelled like fish when we immediately checked in. Had to leave the doors open for hours and get candles and spray from the dg to get the smell out. There was a water leak in one of the bathrooms. They sent a plumber out but the ceiling kept falling in on us in pieces. The fridge was not cooling property and the internet did not work. They did send someone out to fix these but did not notify us of someone coming out and we were a house of only women. There was a broken strip in the door way leading to the patio that was broken and cut one of our girls foot. The carpet was DISGUSTING. They sent someone to clean it while we were there which was very inconvenient and again did not notify us. The headboards had not been dusted in quite sometime and one of the bathroom sinks still had what looked to be beard hair around it. There are no TVs in the two guest bedrooms. There is two chairs for the patio to sit on so advise bringing your own chairs. Furniture is very outdated and looks to be random like all from a yard sale. They never offered us money back with all of our issues we had and thought them sending people out without telling us during our stay was the proper fix. There was broken furniture and beach furniture everywhere down stairs. The positivites of this location were you are directly on the beach BUT you are by the boardwalk so any of the surrounding homes come and out tents up right around you. The outdoor shower was nice to have with a nice board pathway to get back to the stairs after you rinse off. We will not be back to this location or staying with Vacasa properties.

Chapter 13 accurate name

The beds were very comfortable. I need cleanliness to be a priority and this property is not clean. It needs to have new carpet (pee stains everywhere and it smelled like urine and fish! )There was mold on the ceiling vents and water leaking onto the floor from the vents. Black mold!!! Also had mold on the shower dial in master bedroom. We would have left if we could have found something else last minute. It is in the public beach portion of the beach, so people were out at all hours partying & loud. My husband bought ozone, air fresheners and some carpet cleaner. We finally had the house almost smelling normal by the time we left. The freezer wreaked of fish, so we put baking soda in the freezer to collect the smell. All at our own expense of course. They sent someone to look at the place when I told them about the mold. He just wiped it off and left. Clearly, there is black mold in the havac system that needs to be cleaned or replaced & wiping it off with a rag isn’t going to fix this. I would not bring children or anyone with a compromised immune system unless they provide proof the mold has been dealt with internally. I ask for a partial refund, but have not heard back from them.

Nice property overall. Starter pack of supplies was helpful. Clean enough but I would suggest taking the carpet out (they allow dogs). Also add TVs on the guest rooms. Downside (didn’t bother us but if you’re expecting privacy), this won’t be for you. It’s next to a public beach access and it gets crowded and loud ! Overall would recommend

Nice property, needs a LOT of updates (including an A/C thats capable of keeping up with the size of the house), location is Great! A simple house in a great location!

The house is modest but clean. A set of blinds were not put up in the bathroom, but we were able to make do. We very much enjoyed the location and would stay here again.
