Détendez-vous pendant vos vacances à la plage dans ce duplex situé à un pùté de maisons de la plage. «Bikini Bottom West» est un duplex en duplex de 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains, PET FRIENDLY situé à Gulf Shores, en Alabama.

Grande fĂȘte? Vous pouvez louer les deux cĂŽtĂ©s de ce duplex! Il y a une porte d'accĂšs facile qui relie les deux unitĂ©s. Chaque cĂŽtĂ© peut accueillir 14 personnes pour un total de 28 si vous louez l'intĂ©gralitĂ© du duplex.

Bare minimum

This rental property was stocked with the absolute barest minimum linens
.nothing but sheets on the beds with no extra blankets in closets. We were constantly freezing. The dishwasher is nonfunctional and many other kitchen appliances should be retired or replaced. Pool was great and plenty of towels provided. We were given the wrong entry code upon arrival which delayed our entrance. Overall nothing lavish, but good deal for the money.

Not the same house from the pictures

Some stuff were broken we took pictures just in case. That pool have some lights but that time we were there it was dark and I try to contact them and they said they had problems getting in touch with the HOA. When we arrive the place looked dirty and old it doesn’t looks like the house in the picture.

Comfortable Stay

Close to everything. Walk to the beach in 10-15 minutes. Or free parking an two minute walk to beach down the street. Everyone slept comfortably. The decks an pool were great.

Met all of our needs

I stayed at Bikini Bottom with my husband and 3 boys (under 12) and my sister and her family. It was the perfect size for our families and came equipped with kitchen and washer/dryer. The kitchen had all the things we needed for taco night! The house was near the beach front with a 10-15 minute walk that even the kids didn’t seem to mind. It was a nice section of beach and we enjoyed it everyday of our stay and then the kids would return and swim more in the semi-private pool (shared with connecting house unit). The pool area is brand new and has a few lounger chairs to relax. I’ve stayed in 5 star houses/condos, and this house has potential but as stated in previous reviews, needs a little TLC and updating to be 5 star. We also thought the floors could be a little cleaner. But it was nice to feel we weren’t dirtying the place with sand we may have brought in. We did see a few roaches on the kitchen floor which again takes away from 4-5 star rating. But back to positives, very easy check in and check out process and the beach ball company was very responsive and even was able to add on a night when we weren’t ready to leave.

This place is deceiving and needs fixing up

The pictures online are very deceiving. There are nicks and broken items all over the place. We took pictures as we did not want to be blamed for it. The pics have 3 barstools but the broken ones were shoved in the closet and only had one at the counter. There is not enough couch seating for the number of people who can stay in the property. There is no walkway to the pool and with the amount of rain gulf shores gets, it was a swamp having to walk through the grass. The deck needs to be replaced. One board actually broke on us and had to call the property manager to fix as it was a safety issue. When we arrived, the shower curtains were filthy and had to ask for new ones. The property management company was good at responding to our needs and brought shower curtain/replaced wood next day. This was a place to rest your head at night and that’s about it.

HORRIBLE CONDO

Very misleading from the pictures. All the barstools were broken and no where to eat. Rails on the top deck were broken. When you have small children that could have fallen through the rails. Safety concern. We had to go buy towels because the washer and dryer was so dirty and full of hair. They stated the yard was going to mowed and it was never mowed. Mold in the shower and screws sticking out on the steps going upstairs to the rooms. Grill was DISGUSTING from the last people who used it. False advertisement and will never book this property or any other properties with beachballs name on it.

Nice but nothing special

the property was nice and small, but it was nothing special. you definitely get what you paid for. the pool was an awesome feature and really made the house worth it. a little remodeling and touch-up paint would go a long way to make this property even better.

VERY DECEIVING!!

This is one of those properties where the pictures are NOT up to date. I took pictures and videos of the house and the terrible shape it was in. It is NOT a good place for little ones. The railings/ spindles on the porches are in bad shape and many of the spindles are not even nailed in all the way. My child almost fell off the balcony because of this! I did not complain to management only because i could tell I would get no where and would not be heard especially after reading other reviews. Yes I did read the reviews before I booked it but in my experience people tend to be really picky and just want free stuff and it usually is never as bad as people make it out to be, well not this time. The floors are terrible, bubbles in some rooms, crumbs were on the floor and stuff under the furniture in the living room. Baseboards are disgusting. There was black hair in our shower upstairs, the vent and filter were disgusting and looked like they have never been cleaned or changed. I took pictures of this as well. At the end of the day, it is what it is. We tried to stay at the beach and the pool most of the time. It is very small inside the house. One of the bedrooms is pretty much a closet haha the bed and bed only barely fit in it. Kitchen is super small and the living room, well small. The furniture looks gross and the bar stools are so wobbly I was nervous to even sit at them. The little tables they have in the living room are very cheap and broken. The pool has no chairs or layout chairs and what chairs they do have are ripped and broken too and you have to share with the neighbors which was pretty annoying. For what they make on this house you would think they would fix it up just a little and clean it better. We will not be back to this property or use these people again.

Family Vacation

The property was nice it did have a pet smell that lingered but once we opened the doors and aired it out it was okay. The pool was nice but because it rained it was hard to get to the pool because there was no walk way other than going through murky water. My spouse had to make a sand walkway to the pool it was fine after that. Overall the stay was great check in was a breeze and everyone had a great time. The beach was super close and convenient. Would rent again.

Avoid this one! Photos need updated to reflect true condition. Too many issues to list here: Plumbing issues, furniture condition, sliding balcony doors & closet bifold doors, etc. Property Management was contacted / addressed some early issues. Would not address stool seating at kitchen counter (stools were not as shown in photos. Stools are counter height). Sleeps 12 on both sides of duplex. Photos had 2 potion tables with umbrellas on deck. Actual finding was 1 patio table and no umbrella. P/M offered return of some fees if we opt'ed out early but with March spring break, no properties available for the entire month. Overall: Photo's need to display current condition, not pre-Hurricane Sally conditions. We paid the price on this one and sat at the coffee table to dine. Snow Birds be aware.

A bit deceiving

The property was "ok". The pictures are a bit decieving as the property has a very used appearance. It served our needs, but it wasn't what I was expecting based on the photos. That being said, everything was clean and we were close to the beach.

Clean and spacious

We had 11 people including 6 teenagers. It was a great location for all of us to go to the beach or shopping. We had plenty of room for everyone and the bunk room was perfect for the teenagers! Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Gulf Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The house is cute and the maintenance staff worked to resolve issues very quickly. If what you need is a house that sleeps a lot of people, this is great. We especially appreciated the two triple bunks for the kids! There isn’t enough seating for everyone in the main living area if you want to gather in the evenings or on a rainy day, and it’s a pretty long walk to get to the beach, even if you go through other properties. If it matters, note that this is also a duplex, but you only really share the stairs to the decks. Overall would recommend this for the value and sleeping capacity for sure!
