This condo was perfect for our family. The location is ideal for those who desire easy beach access. Beach chairs along with beach toys are available to use. Cleaning up from the sandy beach is a breeze with a hose located in the garage space before returning to the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to stay in and cook from time to time. All accommodations were wonderful!

Perfect

The property is low density and the beach is just a few steps away from the property. The pool and courtyard were awesome and very spacious for our family to play at. We really enjoyed having our own space under the carport to keep all of our beach and pool items. But the best part was our condo. Our unit was amazing and had EVERYTHING we needed. Esp the mattresses. Wonderful to sleep on after a long day out. Loved our stay!!!!

Perfect Family Beach Condo

We absolutely love this condo for our family beach getaway! This was our 3rd year staying at Gina's Condo and it continues to be perfection. The condo is light, bright, and lovely. Views of the Gulf from the primary suite and living room decks are amazing. Beach access is incredibly close and easy - walk out of the condo, 1 minute walk, and you're toes deep into white sugar sand. The location is great with Pier 33 and the West Beach Coffee shop 5 minute walk away. Walking on the beach to the Hangout for dinner is both gorgeous and quick (20 minutes). Gina and her family keep the condo crisp and clean with a lot of great amenities. In 15 minutes or less, you can be racing go-karts at the Track, playing mini golf at Pirate's Island Adventure, or biking through the Gulf State Park. We love eating at the Sunliner Diner (milkshakes!), Lulu's, Picnic Beach, and the Hangout. This condo is truly a perfect place to enjoy the stunning Gulf Shores beach! We're already looking forward to our next stay!

Lovely unit on the beach

Lovely modern and remodeled unit right on the beach. The unit was clean and very comfortable for our family. It was perfect for spending time together, cooking and enjoying everything Gulf Shores has to offer. It is exactly as listed. Gina was so great to work with and communicated everything very well, making it easy and enjoyable.

Home away from home

This was my 4th year staying in Gina's townhome, and it was perfect as usual. Perfect location for restaurants and shopping, yet plenty of space on the beach. The unit is perfectly stocked, with comfy beds, and beautifully decorated. It's a quick walk out to the beach, with beautiful views from inside. The downstairs closet is fully stocked with everything you need for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, cooler, kids toys, shell nets, etc. I wouldn't dream of staying elsewhere.

Another Amazing Stay!!

This is our 2nd year staying in this perfect condo steps away from the beach. Very clean, loved the updates to the Master bedroom, all of the items you could possibly need, a very short walk to the beach & a great pool! We will be back for many years to come!!

I highly recommend this property. The condo was identical to the to pictures and very spacious and clean. It was right on the beach with a pool and within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants(.7 miles). We would definitely rent this one again!

Perfect Stay!

My family enjoyed our stay! Perfect location and easy beach access. The beach closet has chairs, umbrellas, boards, buckets, and toys available. I enjoyed all the updates. So many of the available rental properties have very dated decor and furnishings. I wanted to feel like I was on a vacation, and I did! Booking and communicating with Gina was a breeze!

Beautiful home and Perfect location!!!

My family had the absolute best vacation! We’ve been coming down to the Gulf of Mexico for years & this was our first time in Gulf Shores. While we loved the town, it was this house that really made the trip. The ease of being steps from the beach & within walking distance of tons of restaurants and shopping was amazing. Also, the beach was not crowded at all! Even on the Fourth of July we got a spot right by the water. The huge crowds were further down the beach. It felt like a private beach just for people staying in the townhomes. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we could need. The beds were super comfy and it was so nice waking up seeing the ocean right out the windows. This is hands down the BEST vacation home!

Perfect for families

We’ve stayed here a few times now and absolutely love it! Such a beautiful location, great beach access, and close to everything you need. Our family has really enjoyed staying here and Gina does such a wonderful job making us feel welcome. The condo is beautiful and has all sorts of stuff (beach chairs, toys, grill) to make it easy. Beach access is only a few hundred feet from the building, and the pool is a nice option when you’re tired of the beach. Plus, lots of sleeping options for our family make this a perfect setup. We would highly recommend this condo for any families wanting to get away for a beach trip and looking for awesome accommodations.

Amazing Condo

We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. Gina is the best host. Everything you could need is there for you to use. All we needed were our bathing suits and toothbrushes. We loved the easy walk to the beach, parking, location, outside shower and the fully stocked beach closet that included toys, beach chairs and umbrellas.

Gulf Shores Family Gem

Wow! We would rent again! The complex is great for groups that want to gather but don’t want to share one home. Our unit was perfect. Everything we needed from fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs and toys. 3 other families rented in the same complex and unit 5 was absolutely the most well appointed and updated. Easy communication, zero issues to report about the unit. We had a wonderful stay! Don’t hesitate - book now!

Perfect Beach Condo

Perfect beach condo! The condo is directly on the incredibly beautiful Gulf Shores beach. The balconies give a fabulous view of the waves, dolphins, and beach! The condo is an absolutely wonderful place to stay as a family. It is so conveniently located with easy access to the beach, stores, restaurants, and fun activities. The new renovation of the primary suite affords a stunning view of Gulf from the bed. This condo is the perfect get-away in Gulf Shores. We keep returning because it's just that perfect!

Home away from home

This is our 3rd year to stay in Gina's unit for 2 weeks. Her home is well furnished, comfy, well stocked, and absolutely perfect for a beach vacation. The beach closet has everything you need - chairs, umbrellas, shovels, shell nets, kids toys - there is nothing you need to pack. The location is perfection - a few steps from the unit and you are on the sand, and the pool area is great as well. Communication with Gina is easy and prompt. I will continue to return!

Awesome place in the heart of Gulf Shores

We love this place (it’s our second stay)! Gina is an awesome host and the condo is perfect for families. It’s so convenient to the beach and the pool is right behind the unit also. Another thing we love - the owners have thoughtfully provided everything you need for a great day at the beech (chairs, floats, kids toys etc.) We will definitely be back!
