Shoreline Breeze est une maison privée de 3 chambres à coucher, 4 salles de bains, parfaitement décorée et conçue, située directement sur la plage de sable blanc sucrée de West Beach à Gulf Shores, AL.

Vous entrez dans la maison au rez-de-chaussĂ©e oĂč vous trouverez le premier des trois espaces de vie pour vous dĂ©tendre et regarder le grand tĂ©lĂ©viseur haute dĂ©finition. Cet espace de vie est Ă©quipĂ© d'un canapĂ©-lit queen et est parfait pour les enfants! Juste en haut des premiers escaliers, vous trouverez un joli plan d'Ă©tage ouvert comprenant un salon spacieux avec une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision haute dĂ©finition, une cuisine amĂ©ricaine avec coin repas en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable, un coin repas et un petit coin salon propice Ă  la dĂ©tente. ou en lisant un bon livre. Hors de la zone de vie principale est une grande terrasse pour profiter de la vue magnifique sur la plage privĂ©e et le golfe. Descendez les escaliers extĂ©rieurs pour accĂ©der Ă  la douche extĂ©rieure et Ă  l’accĂšs privĂ© Ă  la plage pour vous et vos invitĂ©s.

Juste à cÎté de la cuisine se trouve la premiÚre salle de bain avec douche en carrelage et comptoir en granit et le coin buanderie haut de gamme avec appareils HE. De l'autre cÎté de l'espace de vie ouvert, vous trouverez la suite principale. Le maßtre a un lit king size, un décor élégant et une TVHD. La salle de bain principale possÚde une double vasque, des plans de travail en granit, une douche sur mesure et une baignoire sur pattes élégante.

Montez les escaliers jusqu'au troisiĂšme Ă©tage et vous trouverez le troisiĂšme salon avec tĂ©lĂ©vision haute dĂ©finition, canapĂ© et chaise, une table pouvant accueillir 4 personnes et un accĂšs au balcon du golfe avant. La premiĂšre chambre d'amis avec lit queen et un ensemble de lits superposĂ©s, une jolie dĂ©coration, une tĂ©lĂ©vision haute dĂ©finition et une salle de bains privative se trouve juste Ă  gauche du salon. The location and layout of this beach house was a dream. We had some mechanical issues with the fridge and the cable, but the landlord sent people right over to assist. There were some structural issues that caused a little concern (sagging balcony, uneven floor - trip hazard) and the outdoor shower pipe seems to be coming apart, but overall it is a great place to stay. The views can't be beat. Spacious, airy and comfortable. Exactly what we needed for our beach vacay. With a few structural fixes it would be a 10/10.

False Advertising

Do not stay here. The pictures in the listing must be from 30 years ago. NOTHING has been updated or changed since - the entire house is dirty, from the walls to the floors. It rained one night and the entire living room had water on the floor from the leaking windows. Outlets were missing covers, cabinets and drawers were broken, mattresses were unbelievably dirty, couches were covered with stains, the outside balcony is actually crooked and leaning, the utensils were throw in drawers - not even in baskets or organizers, the trash can was broken, showers and sinks were dirty, we contacted the property manager and all they told us was they would put a work order in. The house needs a complete remodel. It is almost like it’s been completely neglected and not taken care of. Will never stay here again.

Beautiful vacation home!

Home was very clean and larger than what we truly needed for a family of four with two being teenage girls! We were able to really spread out as a result! There were very minor issues we came across so small I wouldn’t even call them “issues”. No usable grill, as one that appeared in the photos, but we just cooked on the stove instead. It truly felt like our own home and personal beach! The area felt very safe to let the cousins run back and forth between beach homes! 100% recommend this and other homes by Beachball Properties on West Beach Blvd!! We will stay again!

Nice but could use some TLC

We liked the property as a whole. However, the beds would need updating before we consider staying again. I feel like I have a permanent indent from springs in my back. We had 13 people in our stay and needed to use the pull out beds/couches. They broke and fell apart when we pulled them out. We had to rig them inorder to use them. The master tub would have taken an hour just to fill up to use. Disappointing, but the shower was very nice. The drawers in the main fridge were broken to where you cannot store a lot in it, but thankfully there is a second fridge in the laundry room. Very limited cookware. We cooked often on our stay, and had to make a lot of purchases in order to do so. There was no oven mitts, cake pans, or bowls with lids. With 13 people, there wasn’t any extra towels either. One kitchen towel
so we had to purchase another and some kitchen cloths. The upstairs balcony is leaning, but sturdy. We didn’t go out on it for safety reasons. I was thankful that there was a lot of seating for dining. Two dining tables and stools at the bar. That was handy. The location was really great. After speaking to the neighbors and hearing what they rented their beach house for, I guess we got our moneys worth.

Great Space for Family

The facility is wonderful for 3 couples and a few children. However, someone that routinely cooks needs to visit the house and take inventory or try to cook a meal for the number of people that it is listed for. We do a lot of cooking when on vacation and this unit advertises a fully equipped kitchen. We had to purchase bowls, pans, pot holders, pots, and thankfully I brought a larger pot to boil shrimp in. Nothing that would keep us from renting this place again, it’s just an inconvenience when you get there and don’t have what you need. I think at one time there was a full set of kitchenware because there were numerous pot and pan lids but only 1 or 2 small pans. I messaged the owner and they were quick to respond and said that they would have housekeeping to take inventory upon cleaning. The grill was functional but not what was in the pictures online. Our stay was wonderful will consider this location again next year.

Nice Beach House

House is big and easily accommodated our group of 4 teen boys, my husband and I. The location was great! Close to everything but not an over crowded beach. We loved being directly on the beach. The only negative about the home was the beds were extremely firm. So we didn’t get much sleep. We cooked a few nights but the house had no pot holders. Some of the other reviews I had read mentioned the counter tops having tape on them. The tape is gone but counters were poorly installed which is a shame since they are pretty. That honestly didn’t bug me (since I’m not buying the place). There were also mentions of stained couches. Yes they are stained but again didn’t bother me. You can tell the house is rented often. All and all it met our needs and I would stay again. I’d probably book a longer trip if the beds were more comfortable.

Wonderful House

This place was perfect for our family. It definitely has some wear and could stand a few new things or updates. Such as new couch cushions (you can feel the frame in spots and it’s not as comfortable). The bed frames need screws tightened as it is very loud every time you roll over. Be prepared to bring pots, pans, paper plates & bowls. The pans are scratched up teflon and probably not safe to cook off of. The shower doesn’t work at the bottom but we found a hose attached to a pillar that was great for getting the sand off our feet so we wouldn’t track it into the house. Our private beach access was intruded upon by 20-30 college kids from the houses across the street. We almost had to call the police on them because they were urinating in front of our house. Fortunately my husband spoke with them and they moved and vowed to not do it again. The property management company was great to deal with over the issue. All in all, our family loved staying here despite the quirk’s because nothing is perfect and it’s a beautiful house with fantastic views and what’s not to love and be relaxed about! We are already trying to figure out how we can go back!

It was a beautiful home and spacious enough for 3 families, 12 people, to stay and enjoy their time. There is a piece of duct tape on the countertop but it did not take away from our stay. There’s also a weak spot in the floor by the window in the dining room, the furniture is stained up and older, but comfortable and kid friendly, none of this interfered with our trip. One complaint I have is the water pressure in the master bathtub was not good and would have taken a long time to fill that tub so was let down that I couldn’t use that beautiful tub. Water could be hotter. The house is big, the views fantastic, check in was effortless. Would rent again!

Absolutely Loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. Only 2 bowls and 4 plates so plan to bring paper products. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone! Loved, loved, loved this rental.

Great Location

The property is wonderfully located. However, it is in need of updating and maintenance. The upper level balcony is noticeably slanted, with boards popping up and off on top and bottom. The counter top is sealed together with duct tape and most of the outdoor lights do not work. There is also a section of the floor that has had water damage and does not feel super secure. The furniture is visibly stained and looks dirty. If coming in the next month or so, please be aware of the morning construction next door (didn’t bother us) and the construction workers parking their vehicles in the driveway is your rental (that was super annoying). The property has some really great features, but the little details are overlooked and the property not maintained as one would think with cost/fees associated with rental. There was a busted hose (weather related) on Christmas Day and it took about 3-4 hours for it to be fixed. The entire time water just poured—-it wasn’t an inconvenience for us, but when we called to report the problem we had to give our reservation number, unit name, my name, and phone number. It was very impersonal and not at all worried about the damage potentially being caused by the water. Again, the location is beautiful
but the unit needs some love.

Million dollar view

The property has a million-dollar view... sitting right on the crisp soft sand of Gulf Shores. The views are amazing, the condition of the property is less than desired. The furniture is old and tattered with several pieces have rips in the upholstery. The kitchen island had a terrible repair job with duct tape. Overall, the condition of the property is in neglect and can be seen throughout. The Master bedroom had a broken window that sounded like a haunted house when the wind blew. The housewares were severely worn. The space was great for multiple families to share as I had my parents and a teenager and there was more than enough room for everyone to time away from each other. Everything was rundown, the pictures are accurate, just overall didn’t meet our expectations.

This home was just as advertised! Needs very few updates, living room furniture needs to be replaced and kitchen needs a little TLC but overall great place to stay! The view was breathtaking and the location was second to none! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Needs Updating/Maintenance

The house and location were perfect and we would consider renting it again. The house was also clean, but the sofas and chairs were worn and dirty. Our main concerns were with maintenance, condition of the furniture and lack of kitchen accessories/dishes. Upon arrival we were greeted by 2 full trash cans, torn and worn furniture, masking tape over a seam in the kitchen granite countertops, a dishwasher that wouldn't drain, a bedroom door that wouldn't close and a shower that drained really, really slow. I contacted the property manager about the trash and dishwasher and they responded quickly. When the maintenance technician arrived I told him about the door and the slow drain. He corrected the door and replaced the dishwasher but when we checked out we were still taking showers with water up to our ankles. To be fair I never addressed the duct tape seam, lack of dishes or the worn furniture because it didn't affect function, it was just evidence of lack of attention to detail. In summary, we loved the house and the location but wish the condition of the house would reflect it's amazing potential.

Great Beach Spot

We loved our stay! The house was gorgeous with 3 rooms that all have a beach view!! The beach was beautiful too!

Great location and property

We enjoyed this property! Beautiful interior, comfortable and clean. the extra frig was a big plus! A few minor repairs are needed and the living room couch is worn out with springs "sprung" making it difficult to utilize. The beach was stunning! We will be back... thanks.
