Anchor Down By the Dunes* is a charming and stylish 2-bedroom guest house offering its own kitchenette, living space, and inviting porches. A private indoor game room is located on the ground level below the living space, and guests also enjoy access to the shared pool and spa, firepit, and the beautiful Magnolia Mooring property. Perfect for couples, small families, or guests wanting privacy and comfort near the Gulf Coast.

The kitchenette is thoughtfully outfitted with Café brand appliances — a full-size refrigerator, dual convection microwave oven, and 2-drawer dishwasher. A portable 2-burner induction cooktop with a compact countertop vent is provided for easy meal prep. A stylish Kohler pull-down faucet, cookware, and essentials are included.

Guests at Anchor Down By the Dunes enjoy full access to Kiva Dunes resort amenities**, including the complimentary on-property shuttle, both beach access points, three community pools, and the community tennis and pickleball courts. With the Osprey Pool and the adjacent tennis and pickleball courts just steps away, this guest house offers outstanding convenience while staying close to everything in Kiva Dunes. **Please note that the private Kiva Beach Club is reserved for owners and guests booked directly through the Kiva Dunes rental program and is NOT available to our guests; all other standard resort amenities listed above are fully available to our guests.

Location & Getting Around:
A car is recommended for grocery trips, restaurants, and exploring Gulf Shores. Within Kiva Dunes, guests can use the free neighborhood shuttle (a large open-air golf cart) to reach the beach access, golf clubhouse, on-site restaurant, pro shop, tennis and pickleball courts, community pools, and the entrance to the golf course. The resort is very walkable inside the community, but most guests prefer having a vehicle for off-property needs.

Note: We’re putting the finishing touches on a few window treatments this January; the home remains fully private and comfortable.
