Chill Out - Sleeps 15 - Morgan Town - Fort Morgan - Signature Properties

Spacious 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom, dog-friendly home situated on the gulf side of scenic Ft. Morgan Road within the Morgantown community. With the ability to sleep 18, this beach house does indeed have it all! So, kick back, and enjoy your stay at our professionally decorated home that we have dubbed “Chill Out.”

This is a great pet friendly property with the approval of Signature Properties. No more than 2 dogs and must be under 25lbs each.
My pet rule is as follows
One DOG weighing 25 lb, flat pet fee of $200, if bring two flat pet fee of $300. Must be crate trained and crated when left alone. IMPORTANT NOTE: We LOVE to welcome responsible owners, but please show good judgment in leaving your dog alone in a strange place for minimal amounts of time - my guideline is 5 hours. If you plan on leaving your dog longer than 5 hours you must use an off-site pet sitting service. Proof of rabies vaccine and vet-grade flea/tick medication required. Please email copies of both paperwork from your veterinarian and a recent picture of your dog within 48 hours of booking or booking will be cancelled. Any excess noise or barking will be reported to local authorities in order to preserve a quiet environment for our neighbors. If continues guest will be required to leave without refund. Dog waste: You must clean up any animal waste with a dog bag. Seal and dispose in trash can. If anything is damaged during or after your stay please contact us immediately so we can arrange to have it replaced or repaired for our next guests.

This multi-level home is ideal for families with kids. The home offers the following bed set up:

Guest Room 3 with 2 sets of bunks (twin over twin)

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Perfect family beach trip!

As always, we loved our stay at Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan. Can’t get enough of that white sand beach!“Chill Out” was the perfect place to chill out! The house was everything we expected and Signature properties is top-notch when it comes to communication!

Fantastic house a very short walk from the beach. You could sleep an army in this house and management was very available to answer any questions that came up. Fort Morgan is a nice beach with way fewer people than other beaches in the area. We had a blast.

Comfy home, awesome views!

Fantastic! Comfortable home with plenty of room for everyone. We had a group of 10, including 6 kids. We loved the location to the beach and the incredible ocean view. We spent all our free time on the back porch enjoying the amazing view. We loved the rocking chairs too! We had not stayed in Ft. Morgan before, but we knew we would be about 20 minutes to Walmart/grocery stores so we cooked for all of our meals except for one. I really appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of pots and pans, roasting pans, mixing bowls, any spatula/whisk/spoon/can opener
you could need! There were two charcoal grills but I would have loved to have had a gas grill though for convenience. The beach access was maybe 3 houses down which was nice and we had one of the pools right around the corner. The other pool was a little further, but not bad. I would have loved to have had a golf cart or bikes, though because we were making several trips to and from both the pools and the beach daily. My only complaint, and it’s no fault of the property owner, it’s Morgantown community, but be aware that there is no shower AT either boardwalk from the beach. The house itself has a great outdoor shower and water hose. This means you and your kids will be walking about a block either barefooted or in scratchy, sandy shoes and covered in sand! Not a huge deal because it’s worth it to be away from the hustle and bustle of GS and OB, just kinda weird, I think.

Nice Rental House / Great Area

Overall, we were pleased with the rental and the area. The dryer vent in the laundry upstairs was not vented to the outside, so it made the upstairs hot and steamy when using the dryer....and there was a shelf in the refrigerator that was broken and barely usable. But other than those items, the house was generally in good shape. The view of the Gulf was good, and the walk to the beach was not far.

Our whole group said it was a wonderful stay! Our proximity to the beach was awesome, the beach access was awesome, just a few houses down. Our 3 & 4 year old grandchildren could have spent the whole day at the beach. We loved being able to make lunches & dinners at our VRBO. This stay gave us great opportunity for fun, family time!

Relaxed beach break

The property is three rows behind the main beach. The beach is very quiet beautiful and it’s really nice place to take your dogs and have a walk yourself. The house is not on the beach but three rows down. Took us about half a minute to minute to walk to the beach. The only eye sore at the beach are these ginormous oil rigs, but we got used to it and they look at a cool at night . There is a really nice place called sassy bass about a minute drive from the house, which has a bar a restaurant and a grocery store . There are two rooms down and three up. Overall, I really like this stay and the house.

Family Beach vacation 2022

We enjoyed our stay at Chill Out. Everything was nice and a good location from the beach accesses. I wouldn’t even leave a complaint at all and the only one I have is when we went to use some of the dishes in the cabinet they were dirty. They had crusty food on them. I had to wash them before I could use them. Other than that the stay was great!! đŸ˜Šâ˜€ïž
