The Beach Club Catalina 1108 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath luxury condo on the 11th floor with a private balcony and a Direct Gulf View from the living, dining, kitchen area and the master bedroom! The Catalina tower is located "Right on the Beach" at an upscale resort with a sugar white sand endless beach! As a guest in this condo, you will have access to the four sparkling pools with hot tubs at the foot of each of the four towers, three boardwalks with showers that lead to the sugar sand beach and Gulf of Mexico, playground, basketball court and may patron the fine casual dining restaurant at the clubhouse with a full bar & Gulf View or indulge in a massage at the salon & spa at the clubhouse and patron the sports bar and grill, souvenir & beach attire, ice cream & coffee bar near the entrance of the resort.

You may choose to indulge and enjoy the Clubhouse private amenities which include a fitness center & indoor pool with Gulf Views, a game room, luxurious ladies & gentlemen separate locker rooms with saunas, an outdoor pool with a Tiki Bar and Grill, children's activities and access to the tennis courts! The fee is approximately $45 per day which covers everyone in your party but is based on the number of days used. This fee is paid in person at the club desk.

C1108 has a large, private, furnished balcony, WITH A GRILL, for dining or sipping on something cool while watching the dolphins play in the Gulf, a fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances and granite counters, a king master bedroom that adjoins the balcony and a private bathroom with a separate vanity area, a guest bedroom with full over twin bunk with a twin trundle (Guest room sleeps 4) and a sofa sleeper and a wash/dryer. Condo Sleeps up to 8.

All three beds are made with fresh white linen and a linen set is supplied for the sofa sleeper. There is a modest supply of bath linens and a "one day" supply of basic kitchen and bath amenities/toiletries. Please bring your beach towels, food, disposable paper goods, extra trash bags and detergents for the clothes washer & dishwasher.

Clubhouse Details: The owner is a member of the clubhouse, so with a daily fee, you and your entire party may enjoy the private amenities, which includes a fitness center & indoor pool with Gulf Views, a game room, luxurious ladies & gentlemen separate locker rooms with saunas, an outdoor pool with a Tiki Bar and Grill, children's activities and access to the tennis courts! The fee is approximately $45 per day which covers everyone in your party, but is based on the number of days used. This fee is paid in person at the club desk. Without this fee, you still have access to the four pools with hot tubs at no additional costs.

Rentals: Two loungers and an umbrella rental is available for approximately $40.00 per day, at this time, but the clubhouse sets the rates. You may bring your own beach chairs and canopies, but there are designated areas for placement and must be removed each night. Para-sailing and other beach activities are available through the clubhouse and are offered seasonally when weather permits.

Some dining options and activities are only offered seasonally and our pricing is reflective of the season.

We loved this condo. Pros:Primary bed was very comfy! Bathrooms were updated and clean. A lot of fluffy towels were available. Ceiling fans in every room. AC worked great. Kitchen seems well stocked although we only used a couple of plates and coffee mugs. The owner also sent us a box of goodies that were such a delicious treat! Cons:None. The only thing I would recommend would be for the owner to get a new coffee pot. The regular one was extremely old and kind of janky with a broken lid. There was a Keurig coffee pot too, but we didn’t have any pods. Cushions for outside Adirondack chairs would have been nice too. But I’m just being picky :-)

My family & I really enjoyed the condo and the property. The beach was clean and the water so clear. The MBdrm bed was so comfy & clean. Only complaint, the TV in the MBDRM did would not connect with anything. Just lit up. This was on reason I have a 4 rating. Suggest owner replace with larger screen, smart TV in MBdrm. The current is the size of a computer screen. I would give. 4.5 if I could because we really enjoyed ourselves. I think the TV is wanted, by honestly, I did not miss it. Ms. Martin was notified and provided some steps to try, which did not work for us. She tried, and we let it go and enjoyed everything else. The Club is amazing. The Village was awesome. So much to do and food all around and close. Must go to Jesse's. Lastly, I had family arrive in the middle of the night. Their name was not on list. I had sent in late and unfortunately I had to wake up an associate of Ms. Pam and she was great. She took good care the issue and had family in within a 15-20 minute wait. This also confirmed the wonderful security on property. I was impressed all the way around with this property and will come back. The 4th of July show, best ever! Totally enjoyed!!!

Great week at the beach!

My family and I had a great week staying here! Pam provided clear instructions before hand about check in/out, so there was no need to contact her during our stay! The view from the balcony is awesome! The pool was nice. There were lots of beach items provided in the closets. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. The resort was a little busier than I expected, even with it being summer since it is so far out. However, we still had a great time! I would stay here again!

Peaceful Retreat

Our condo was beautifully decorated and had the most amazing view. The check-in process was so easy. I highly recommend the spa! Everyone was wonderful, and I didn’t want to leave. The only trouble we had was with the refrigerator not cooling properly. The settings had been changed. By the next morning, all was well. Overall, it was an amazing trip.

Great Vacay, Okay Unit

We love the property - visited many times! This unit was not as nice as others we’ve rented over the years. Furnishings were good, but overall it was poorly cleaned upon arrival, uncomfortable master bed (very hard mattress), unappealing bath towels (old, dingy, not soft), underwhelming kitchen tools/cooking essentials - many pots/pans were dirty and had to be cleaned before use and countertop was not cleaned well - we had to purchase Clorox wipes and wipe it down well before cooking. Could not use dresser in twin bunk room bc the drawers fell out too easily. Couldn’t access closet in that space bc of poor furniture arrangements. Did not complain to management about the cleaning job bc we were ready to start our vacation and didn’t want to deal with someone coming back to try again at basic cleaning. If they didn’t care enough to get it right before we arrived, we weren’t interested in round 2. We chose to wipe things down ourselves - including cleaning toothpaste spit off the master bath sink mirror. Floors were not well cleaned either. It is clear that this unit doesn’t put much effort into the end of summer cleaning for fall break tenants. We definitely left the space cleaner than we found it. Love paying that cleaning fee for a job poorly executed! Great view, stunning property, beautiful beach. We had a wonderful vacation and will be back to The Beach Club, but most likely not unit C-1108.

I personally liked that it was away from a lot of people. I did not like that it was so far out that there was limited dining and shopping options. The few options available were extremely expensive. I liked the view from the balcony overlooking the ocean. I did not like that several of the outlet plugs did not work. I also did not like that the ceiling fans were noisy and seemed like they were about to fall out of the ceiling due to being so loose and bolted in well.
