Older property with limited parking
This is an older property and there is no garage parking. Parking is in a parking lot next to Sea N Suds restaurant. If there are no open spots there, you have to park across the busy road. Not the best with a family with small children. Most of the time, my husband dropped me and the kids off at the elevator and he went across the street and parked.
Also this property needs a good cleaning. There was sand in the 4 beds in the bunk room when we arrived. The baseboards are dirty and stained, there are stains on the wall in the kitchen, the vents and decor are very dusty. Some of the decor was also broken. The couches are faux leather and are peeling. There are also no rugs any where. Not even bath mats. The bathrooms are very small and the ceilings are low. The balcony was dirty when we arrived and just had an old table and chairs with peeling paint. The location of the property is great, but I would not stay here again due to cleanliness and parking. Especially for the price we paid. Also I have stayed at other properties before that were owned and managed by individuals who use it as their own vacation property and I feel like they are much more taken care of and updated versus this one that is managed by a realty company. Most of our baseball team families stayed here during a tournament and none were pleased with their condos in this building.
