PARKING UPDATES 5/2/24:
Each guest will receive two (2) parking passes included in the reservation. Parking under the building is reserved for owners only, guests must park in the lot.
During peak season (April to mid-October), one vehicle may park in the lot, and the second can park across the street in overflow parking.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two (2) passes allowed per reservation. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was wonderful again! The location is perfect. We saw dolphins every single morning AND evening from our balcony. The closeness of the Seas N Suds restaurant is great for lunch after a day at the beach. We will definitely be back!

Best Weekend Ever

This property was amazing! It was a perfect little weekend getaway for my husband and I. The view was beautiful and so nice to be right on the beach! We thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk to the restaurant right next to it to get drinks while on the beach. 10/10 perfectly and will definitely stay here again!

Nice Getaway

Great spot for a quick getaway. Close to everything and right on the beach. The only con would be it is right off the elevator so unless you are a hard sleeper or sound machine, you hear everyone coming and going on the level. Other than that beautiful place!

Great condo, great experience

This condo was perfect for our little family vacation. Centrally located, easy beach and pool access and all the amenities we needed! Will definitely be returning to Boardwalk for our next beach vacation!

Perfect Location. Condo needs some updates to the bathroom. Terrible water pressure. Door to the balcony doesn't want to shut and lock. In fact it was open when we checked in. The washer and the dishwasher were very loud. There weren't many extra's in the kitchen. Just bare minimum. No cleaning supplies whatsoever. Internet was horrible. Couldn't even watch TV without it freezing every few minutes.

Great location/bad furniture

The location and cleanliness was great. The only problem we had was with how uncomfortable all of the furniture was. The couch and chair in the living room look like they have been there since 1998. There’s nowhere comfortable to sit in the living room. The king bed was not the best either

Nice Stay

The location, 2nd floor with easy access to the beach, was great! The time spent walking the beach and soaking up some sunshine while reading a book was wonderful. It is a one bedroom so it met our expectations, size-wise. The furniture was uncomfortable and the bed was also. I would recommend a sheet with instructions on how to access some of the tv functions. We figured it out but it could have been easier with a brief explanation. A better mix of nicer furniture would have made this a five star setup.

Mixed Bag

It's hard to give an accurate assessment of this property since some parts were amazing and other parts were terrible. The location was great with plenty of parking and nice security people. Close to everything! The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the pool was great! The pictures were beautiful, however, we chose this VRBO because it was one of the few that say they had a King sized bed. What they didn't say was that this bed was literally an air mattress with a king-sized shell of a mattress around it! It was pretty much unsleepable for us since we are both large people who need back support. If we had wanted an air mattress we would have gone camping! The other furniture in the living room was just as sinky and uncomfortable. Fortunately, we had beautiful weather and could be out most of the time, but if it had been raining or cold, we'd have been miserable. TV wouldn't work. If you're young and getting no sleep for a week doesn't bother you, stay. We loved Gulf Shores and are planning to return next year, but we won't we returning to this unit.

Good But Needs Updates

Overall good. Disappointed in main bed. Definitely need a new mattress because each side has been slept on so much you sleep in a cavity. The end of the bed is the same from people sitting on it. The plastic chair on the patio has a broken arm. Just needs a good updating! Fine for what we needed
