Beachfront condo at Island Winds West in Gulf Shores

Come and relax in our completely remodeled 5th floor beach front condo. Everything is new. Fully stocked kitchen with all new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all the small appliances provided for your convenience. The living room has a 50-inch HD TV, queen sleeper sofa, comfortable seating, and a 4-person dining table for eating and games. The bedroom has a king bed with memory foam mattress and HD TV. Free Wifi. Full size washer and dryer. Best location in Gulf Shores. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Located directly on the beautiful white sand beach.

Parking is limited to one (1) car. You will receive an email in advance of your arrival to register and pay for your parking pass. If you do not receive it, please let us know. You must complete this step in advance of your arrival. Upon arrival, you will need to visit the Island Winds East front desk to pick up your parking pass. Island Winds West is currently charging $50 per parking pass. This price can change at any time, without notice. As owners, we do not agree with the rates charged for parking and leave a gift card to a local restaurant for each guest to cover some of the cost.

We provide 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a small cooler for the beach. There are also beach chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach most times of the year. Rates shown in the photos are as of April 2025.

Very nice unit. Clean. New looking. Only drawback was its proximity to the elevator. It is right next to it. Very noisy at night until we discovered how to use the bedroom fan for white noise. Worked well. The towels in the unit were not big beach towels so we had to go buy some. If the post had mentioned that, we could have brought some from home.

Had a small issue with the door key pad, called Mr. Cox and was resolved in 5 minutes. Great communication and loved the layout. Will definitely stay Here again !

AMAZING!!!

The property was everything they said and MORE!! Very clean, smelled amazing, beds were so comfortable, the living room was very cozy and the balcony was bigger than we thought it would be. Perfect location! We parked our vehicle for 80% of our 7 day stay and walked since the location was right in the heart of everything. The views from the balcony were way better than the pictures (and that was hard to beat). The communication with the hosts was great! The ice maker was running a little slower than we anticipated (no fault of the hosts) so we messaged and we received an immediate response. Check in and check out was very simple, I will suggest getting online to get the parking pass in advance so you can get right in and out. Overall 1000 out of 10!!!

My daughter just graduated college so we decided to take a trip to celebrate! We took some graduation photos at sunrise on the beach. The condo was just perfect for us. It was beautifully decorated and inviting! Close to shops and restaurants. A wonderful way to celebrate!

Wonderful Beach Stay

This condo was perfect for my husband and I for a nearly week long stay. It is just as lovely as it looks in the photos. It was very clean, well equipped, had great towels, linens and a comfy bed, and a wonderful balcony where we had morning coffee and listened to the waves at night. It’s a short walk to The Hangout for music and food, and there are a couple of other places to grab food and drinks nearby too. The beach is beautiful! The owners were wonderful to work with, and even gave us a fun suggestion for something to do on one of our days.We hope to be back very soon!
