Upstairs:
Bedroom 4 (Master Suite) — King bed with private en-suite bathroom and a small private balcony. Please note: this room has no closet (converted to host storage).
A Pack 'n Play and baby gate are stored in the main-level king bedroom closet — bring your own crib bedding.

Appliances include: full-size refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, Keurig Duo coffee maker, convection toaster oven, air fryer, toaster, and blender. The dishwasher handles cleanup.

The main deck is your go-to for morning coffee, evening drinks, and ocean breezes. Four balconies give everyone their own spot to unwind:
Balcony 1 — Main level, largest, seats 4, north-facing
Balcony 2 — Main level, overlooks the backyard
Balcony 3 — Upstairs, private deck off the master suite
Balcony 4 — Upstairs, larger deck off the kitchen, north-facing with nature preserve views

The private white sand backyard is a standout. Gather around the picnic tables, fire up the charcoal grill for a cookout (bring your own charcoal), and let the kids run around in the sand without leaving the property.

Outdoor shower next to the parking area — rinse off before heading inside.

Pet note: please keep dogs off the backyard sand and putting greens. There's no grassy potty area on the property — pups do their business on leash walks down the street or at the grassy area across the street.

Stackable washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board provided. We include 2 laundry pods to get you started.

☆ PARKING & BEACH ACCESS ☆
Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles, including larger vehicles like vans. Small trailered boats (about 20 ft or less) are welcome and count as two parking spaces. Please message us before booking to confirm fit. No street parking. Please do not park on the grass.

The beach is a 3-minute walk with deeded beach access and a crosswalk at the traffic light — no dodging traffic to get to the water.

☆ TRASH ☆
Two bins in front — one trash, one recycling. Pickup is Monday and Thursday; our service team handles the bins.

☆ BEACH GEAR ☆
We provide a few beach chairs and a wagon to haul everything to the water. These items are replaced regularly due to wear — photos may not reflect exactly what's available. Any beach toys were left by prior guests and are not guaranteed.

☆ STARTER SUPPLIES ☆
To get you settled in, we provide: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, trash liners, 1 hand and face soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. For longer stays, plan to restock as needed.

The home has a Keurig Duo — bring your own pods. Personal care items such as shampoo and conditioner are not provided.

We provide 1 bath towel per guest and all bedding. Please bring your own beach towels — pool/beach towels are not provided.

WHO THIS HOME IS PERFECT FOR
The Hangout Deck is designed for families, couples, and groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway — including anglers bringing a small boat for a fishing week. A great fit for anyone who wants space, comfort, and a home base for exploring. It is not suited for parties, events, or large gatherings.

PETS & ALLERGIES
Our cleaning team does an excellent job between stays, but as a pet-friendly home, trace amounts of pet hair may occasionally be present. All linens are freshly laundered for every stay.

We've put a lot of love into this home. The rules below protect the home, our neighbors, and your security deposit — by booking, you agree to all house rules. Violations may result in fees, loss of deposit, or eviction without refund.

HOUSE RULES:

BEFORE ARRIVAL
• A signed rental agreement and $200 security deposit hold are required before your door code is released. The hold is placed 1 day before check-in and released 3 days after checkout, provided no damages are reported.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended. No refunds or date changes after the free cancellation period, including for weather or hurricane season.
• All cancellations incur a non-refundable $30 processing fee. Insurance, damage protection, and processing fees are non-refundable.

CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT
• Check-in: 4:00 PM or later. Early check-in may be available for $50–$100 — not guaranteed during peak seasons or holidays.
• Checkout: 10:00 AM. Late checkout is charged $50 per additional half-hour.
Please check for all belongings before leaving — we cannot ship forgotten items.


GUEST POLICY
• Booking guest must be 25+ and present for the entire stay. No third-party bookings.
• Max occupancy: 10 guests total including children. Over-occupancy fee: $200.
• No unregistered visitors, open-invite gatherings, or excessive noise — a fire and safety code requirement.
• Photos are for reference only. Decor and games may vary. Room layouts and bed sizes remain as shown. No refunds for minor changes.

PARKING
Up to 4 vehicles in the driveway only — a small trailered boat is welcome and counts as about 2 spots. No street parking. Do not park on the grass.

QUIET HOURS
10:00 PM – 9:00 AM, mandated by the City of Gulf Shores noise ordinance — violations may result in a $200 fine, loss of security deposit, and immediate removal without refund.

SMOKING
No smoking inside. Outdoor smoking only. Indoor smoking: $200 fine + loss of deposit + professional cleaning costs.

SECURITY & DEVICES
2 exterior cameras (facing parking and staircase) are active during your stay. Tampering fee: $200.
Do not tamper with smoke alarms or unplug WiFi routers. Tampering fee: $200.

NO GUEST ACCESS
Locked and labeled owner's closets and garage are not for guest use. Do not tamper with them. Unauthorized access results in a $500 fee.

PETS
• Up to 2 dogs (50 lbs or less) with pre-paid fee. Undisclosed pets: $200/pet.
• Crate dogs when left alone. Bring your own crate and pet towels.
• No pets on furniture, in bedrooms, on backyard sand, or on putting greens.
• Dogs must be house-trained. Clean up all waste in outdoor bins.
• No grassy potty area on the property — walk dogs on leash down the street or at the grassy area across the street.

MINI GOLF & AMENITIES
• Mini golf is for putting only — no swinging or chipping. Keep pets off the greens and supervise children at all times.
• NERF play must be done responsibly; protective eyewear is recommended.
• All amenities are used at your own risk. The host is not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost property. No rough play.
• Please return all items to their proper places before checkout and report any damage or missing items promptly — charges may apply.

PROPERTY CARE
• No candles, confetti, glitter, or hair dye. Loss of security deposit + damage costs for violations.
• Do not wash seashells in the sinks — use the outdoor shower. Fee: $200.
• Showers: keep curtain liner fully inside the tub at all times.
• Toilets: toilet paper only — misuse may result in repair costs.
• Biohazard cleaning (bodily fluids): $250 fee. Unsanitizable items replaced at guest's expense.
• Monthly pest control and bed bug inspections; keep doors and windows closed.
• We cannot offer refunds for power or internet outages beyond our control.
• Supervise the grill at all times. Clean after each use. Bring your own charcoal.
• Do not set the AC more than 20°F below the outdoor temperature — this can freeze the coils.
