The information sheet will be attached in your arrival details sent by email 7-10 prior to your arrival date Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

*PETS: This property is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.

Couple Get-Away

The unit has great views. It is small, but that was OK. Unit needs a deep cleaning for sure. At check in the unit had not been cleaned and it was pretty nasty. It was difficult to contact a person. I finally got a response and the unit got cleaned promptly. They made it right with a refund of cleaning fees, which is appreciated. The card access to hot tub did not work, but was fixed after I reached out to the manager. Several little things that were overlooked and I expected not to have to deal with those things to get them resolved. Would have rather been at the beach! I'll go to the place again.

Nice view- small condo

Property was as stated but pictures looked bigger. Enjoyed our stay. Definitely small but perfect for 4 people. Amazing view and pool. Be ready to walk to your room and to beach and to pool. Walk to the beach with wagon was tough! I suggest getting an umbrella and chair rental for tbe beach Also had a keurig that wasn’t mentioned. No counter space and balcony was small.

The property was old and dated. It was not clean! The kitchen was hardly workable, had to unplug something to make coffee and toast and use microwave; only one outlet with two plugs. View was nice but balcony was tiny. Picture showed two chairs but it had only one. Overall not impressed at all.

Perfect little studio room !

This studio room was perfect for a week get away for myself . Beautiful on beach view with plenty of amenities around. Will definitely be returning .

The room was gross. The bathroom had mold on the tile and the entire place was gross. The building was disgusting as well. The staircase had food on the stairs that was old. It was Just left there all week. It was a terrible property. So glad we were only there a few days. The kitchen was also old and just dirty.

Property was as advertised. Good place for weekend getaway. I will say it could use a makeover.

Rental no problem. Instead of having a lockbox I think tenants would prefer a keyless entry. That could be updated. I would recommend having keurig only because of limited space along with a mini microwave.

Great view but unit was SO DIRTY

When we first arrived, we were taken aback by how dirty it was. We deep cleaned the place ourselves as we didn't want to cause any issues with the property manager/cleaning staff. The walls were even disgusting, food on surfaces, bar soap left in shower, broken decor covered in dust, etc. Not really what you want to experience while trying to relax on vacation. Also, really wish a lot of the properties in this building, including this one, would update their unit, at least the decor. Not a good vibe/feeling for vacation.

Unit as advertised, Best view on the property. Long walk from elevator to unit but that was fine for us. Sassy Bass Island Grill in the building closed earlier and later than posted depending on the day but we enjoyed the food and was a big reason we stayed here again. Beach service by Carl was great. Keurig in room for making coffee a plus. Floor in unit was sandy when we arrived but, we're at the beach so no big deal. We would definitely return!

Very dirty condo

Condo was very dirty. Slept 6 but no room for our things. Pictures online were very misleading. Hottubs were not available. Double charged for parking. Overall I was embarrassed that I brought my family there. Will not be back

Excellent!

My husband & I stayed in this unit for 3 days & we will definitely be back. Everything was exactly as listed, it’s on the 8th floor & the view was beautiful. We’ve stayed in this building for the past several years & it’s spectacular every time. This unit was no exception, it was extremely clean & smelled nice when we checked in. We will be booking with Luna Beach Properties in the future! Their responses to emails & texts were prompt & they’re very friendly & helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Plantation. The location and grounds were great. The pools and closeness to the beach was awesome. The unit we had was filthy. Example, every time I cooked the fan and filter above the stove would drip grease. YuCH ! And the mold along the bathtub grout was disgusting.

Perfect little condo

I worked remotely from here for 5 weeks and it was perfect for what I needed. The condo is little but there is no shortage of anything. You have everything you need. I will definitely be staying again!!

Very Good Getaway

My wife and I had a great stay. Our room was a smaller unit but it had all we needed. It was exactly like advertized. Weather wasn’t great but that’s out of everyone’s control. We enjoyed our first visit to Gulf Shores.
