Come stay with us! This 6th floor, 1 bedroom and 2 full bathroom condo, overlooks the beautiful Gulf. It's the best location in Gulf Shores, with unspoiled views and less crowded beaches to the east since it's located directly adjacent to the Gulf State Park. Yes, that means you have no other buildings to the left of you, so get ready for a top notch view. Only a 10 minute walk to the Gulf State Park pier. Equally close to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores attractions.

The condo sleeps 6 and has a king size bed with a memory foam mattress, a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, and 2 twin size bunk beds that are perfect for the kids. There are granite countertops throughout, with a tiled shower, and stainless appliances.

There are TVs in the living room and the bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook practically anything!

One parking pass is included with your reservation. You may purchase 1 additional parking pass if needed. There are a maximum of 2 passes allowed per reservation.

The building was a little bit older than I anticipated. And at first, I noticed a musty smell in the apartment. But I think that is due to all the moisture being directly on the water. Those were the only down sides. The place was super cozy. The bed was very comfortable. I liked having a washer/dyer. I also loved the Christmas tree the owners had put up! The hot tub was nice and the indoor pool was a good temperature for me. Being directly on the beach was awesome! But my favorite part probably was the private balcony where I could go out in the morning with my coffee and watch the beautiful sunrise! We did see some turquoise water at the end of our stay when the water was calm. We also saw dolphins swimming by. The owners were very prompt in responding and pleasant in their responses. I had no doubt they would be helpful if anything came up. Just a sidenote, you will have to buy more dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and toilet paper. Luckily there is a dollar store and Walmart nearby. The location of this place is ideal. It is right near the state park which means it is less busy. Also your view of the gulf and sunrises are not filled with people or buildings. I would recommend this place.

We absolutely loved staying here! The condo was perfect for my husband and myself. Located in a great location, right next to the state park - walking distance to the pier. All the details listed in the condo description are accurate and we had no issues. Greatly enjoyed the indoor heated pool. Jenna, thank you so much for everything! Jesse’s on the Bay was a great recommendation for our Anniversary dinner. Best wishes and can’t wait to return next year!

Had an incredible time. Super nice location, we lovedhow close it was to the state park so we could go walk the trails. Beach was incredibly uncrowded compared to the public beach up the road. We would love to come back!

Wish we could have stayed longer.

Overall the owners were easy to communicate with. Property was clean. Location and view were great. The homeowners association has a lot of rules (not the owners fault). Make sure you read them when you arrive. Bed was very comfortable. My ten year old daughter liked the bunk beds!

Great condo/location

My sister and I were very impressed with this condo :) From the communication with the owners, the cleanliness of the condo, the decor, location, etc. everything was great!! This was our first visit to Gulf shores and we would love to go back in the future :) The National Collegiate beach volleyball championship was that week. We didn't go to the tournament but was kind of cool to see the setup for that. We explored the area from Mobile (USS Alabama) to Fort Morgan, Orange Beach and Flora Bama. Would recommend this property to anyone who is interested in going down to Gulf Shores.

Snowbirds!

Jim and Jenna are exceptional! They are very conscientious and truly want their guests to have an outstanding visit in their condo! They are very responsive to questions! We had a small maintenance issue (the toilet seat broke) on a Saturday. We contacted the maintenance service and even though it was their day off, they responded to our text immediately and were at the condo soon thereafter - didn't effect our trip at all! What great customer service! We love this condo for the following reasons: the king bed is very comfortable, the shower pressure is great, the refrigerator works perfectly without having to adjust the settings, the elevators are fast. We were pleasantly surprised how well stocked the kitchen was with pans, bakeware, small appliances and utensils that were all in good working condition! We love to cook and this condo had everything we needed! The pictures for this condo are accurate and is decorated beautifully! The location is fantastic because in front of the condo and to the east is more remote for those who like less people and crowds and just a brief walk to the west is more people for those who like to be social. We highly recommend this condo!
