The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials and comforts of home to allow you to cook your favorite meals or simply enjoy your takeout leftovers. The spacious is equipped with a cable-enabled Smart TV and ceiling fan for your comfort and convenience. The bathroom, featuring a tub-shower combo, is located just beyond the bedroom. A stackable washer and dryer located adjacent to the kitchen ensures your laundry needs are met throughout your stay.

Boats under 21 feet are allowed, with onsite boat trailer parking. You must contact Stacy at 251-948-6000 to register your boat.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club boasts incredible resort amenities including a beautiful pool and hot tub. Tennis courts with Pickleball are available, complete with lighting that you control, and a Shuffleboard is located nearby. There are two grilling areas by the lagoon as well as a fishing pier that overlooks the bay. There is also a boat launch, parking area for your boat trailer, and two docks, one with boat slips. Should you wish to bring your boat, simply reach out to the front desk to make the necessary arrangements. For your convenience, there two gazebos located just off the beach in case you need to get out of the sun, and a beach shower to wash off the sand on your way back. Please note that parking passes are mandatory and must be purchased at the front desk upon your arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February. Monthly Rentals must be booked directly with Gold Star Vacation Rentals.
