Unit 4-A is the lower level of a charming duplex within the quiet Spinnaker Pointe community, a boutique development of only 10 total residences. Thoughtfully renovated in March 2020, the home was completely refreshed with new paint, updated furnishings, stylish décor, and comfortable new bedding. Shopping, dining, walk-in-doctor office, arcade, mini-golf, entertainment, grocery stores, nightlife, etc are all located nearby. Pier 33 general store is located just feet away and has everything you need for those last-minute items. The Hangout is located less than a mile away.
