Awesome Beachfront Condo! Clearwater 1B

Need extra space? We also own a two bedroom and two bath unit in this same complex. It sleeps 8. You can see it at VRBO.com/2155539.

Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, this is a low density coplex with only 4 units per floor and 8 stories. Unit 1B is one floor up since there is parking underneath the first floor. It is a short fight of stairs or elevator ride to the condo. This complex is conveniently located close to restaurants, shops, fun kid activities, grocery stores, and Wal-Mart.

This large one bedroom condo will sleep 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the master bedroom, a berth bunk area (suitable for children or small adults) in the hall, and a sleeper sofa. The pool is just below the balcony and the beach is a short boardwalk away. This is a first floor unit. However, it is up one flight of stairs due to a parking garage located on the bottom level. The building does have an elevator.

Perfect Beach Condo for Families
 and Slightly Overwhelmed Parents”We had an awesome stay at this condo! First off—it was spotless and the beach access was amazing. I’ve had to walk farther to get the mail!We were on the sand in minutes, which is exactly what you want when traveling with kids who ask “Are we there yet?” while already standing on the balcony.The pool was clean and not overcrowded, and our kids loved it. I loved that they burned off energy while I sat poolside pretending to read a book and only occasionally had to say “No, we’re not doing cannonballs again.”The condo itself had everything we needed—comfortable, kid-friendly, and didn’t feel like we had to “child-proof” everything the moment we walked in.Highly recommend for families who want a relaxing beach getaway without the chaos. Property was very good great view of the beach condo was very clean bed very comfortable, Living room had too much furniture in it table needs to be tuck out triangle table with bench underneath against the wall two chairs. couch is wore plum out looks terrible recliner very uncomfortable. Other than that. Everything was real nice beautiful place to go.

Stay at Clearwater Condominiums

The condo was easy to check into and was tastefully decorated. It was well stocked with kitchen items.towels, beach chairs, and everything you’d need. The pool and beach views from the balcony were great. Access to the beach was easy and a few steps away. The condo is located near many stores, restaurants, and attractions. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We will definitely return here for another stay.

As Advertised

We have stayed in multiple locations on our trips to Gulf Shores and I have to say that this was the cleanest and nicest one we have stayed in. The only nitpicking cons I could add are that the king bed was too firm for us but we like a really soft bed so that's only our opinion. The only other con is the noise from neighbors but that's any condo, truly. Our daughter loved the bunk bed and we enjoyed the view of the beach and easy walk to the pool and sand. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place at a good price!

Excellent condo with outstanding view of the ocean!

We were very impressed with this property as well as the the communication afforded by the owner before, during and after our trip. The condo was very comfortable, clean, and offered a great and relaxing view of the ocean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need if you intend to prepare meals. Otherwise, conveniently located to many good restaurants. We highly recommend this unit and plan to return.
