This beach house duplex offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and direct access to the white sandy beach from your backyard. The private decks on each level provide the perfect spot to relax and take in the breathtaking views. The private pool also offers a gulf view and is perfect for swimming, playing games, or simply relaxing.

Each side of Bella Sol1A consists of 7 Bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, 3 balconies overlooking the beach and can accommodate up to 19 guests. If you have a larger group, you can rent the full house, which can accommodate up to 38 guests. Perfect for large families or multi-family vacations!

The beds need to be replaced. My opinion is a vacation is about rest and relaxation and the beds were pretty bad with the exception of the king on 3rd floor which was comfortable.

House was nice. Location was good. Found water bottles under one of beds. There were ants in pool. Not much storage in kitchen, the ice machine was a nice plus. Not enough towels for the amount of house capacity. No instructions for usage of TV's.

Anniversary celebration

Our two adult children and their families met for a second time in Gulf Shores and enjoyed our week! Grandkids ranged from ten to 21 and there was great bedroom space for all. Bathrooms were nice. Loved the beachfront location and the pool. We were lucky to have the other side of the duplex un-used because the pool was used a ton so we didn’t have to share it. The biggest negative was the quality of the beds. The king size bed mattresses are all way past the comfort zone. They really need replaced. Also, the kitchen pots and pans are pretty old. All in all a great week. .

Fabulous location

The location of the property was fabulous! And the pool -which we shared with the neighbors was large and was sparkling clean. I reached out mid-week as it looked a bit cloudy, but that was the day the maintenance was done and it returned to its sparkling condition. The house had a wonderful amount of seating for our family of 16, the kitchen was stocked fairly. The walk to the beach was very short and the beach was clean. The ice machine was another wonderful addition. The carpet on the stairs needed a good cleaning as did the banister and the vents upstairs. We had a broken TV, faucet and lock and the property manager fixed it the day I contacted them. One of the rooms with double beds, was a double bunk which limited who could stay in there. I would definitely stay here again! Restaurants and stores were close by too.

Great beach house!

This house is beautiful and had plenty of room for our group of 16. Directly on the water with a very nice pool. A few things to be aware of: The pool is shared with the other half of the duplex. One of the rooms with 2 double beds are a bunk bed and two of the twin beds are bunks. While the house is pet friendly, the beach is not so be aware your pet will not be allowed on the beach All that being said, we would stay again in a heartbeat, it was great for our family. Highly recommended

Switching from condo to a house

We usually stay in a condo every year this year we all went in together and rented a house on the beach it was the best vacation ever and the only way to do it so much privacy, no elevators, no crowds at the beach loved it
