AOK Oasis East by Liquid Life

Welcome to AOK’s Oasis Duplex – East Side! Nestled in Fort Morgan, AL, this beachfront duplex offers stunning views of the white sand beaches and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, just steps from your back deck.

This spacious, pet-friendly 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom includes a queen bed and a double-bed bunk, both located on the upper level. For additional accommodations, a queen sleeper sofa is available in the living room on the main level.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, including a full-size refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and more. Outside, fire up the charcoal grill for a beachside barbecue. A laundry closet with a washer and dryer ensures added convenience during your stay.

This unit is dog-friendly! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for guests bringing a dog. Please notify our office in advance if you plan to bring one. This unit allows a maximum of one dog per unit. Most beaches in the area do not allow dogs, but there is a dog-friendly beach down Fort Morgan.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

We loved our stay at AOK Oasis East. We loved being able to walk right out to the ocean in the evenings to watch the sunset. Everything you need to cook in the kitchen was available which we really appreciated. We love Fort Morgan and we will be back!!!

Location was awesome. Right on the beach. There were beach chairs, floats, beach toys , etc. The condo was clean for the most part. Had to put sheets over the couch and loveseat before seating down due to all the stains. Kitchen had most essentials. Beds were comfy and showers had good pressure. Here are 2 big cons. The internet was really really bad. I remote work and had to check emails which i had a hard time doing. Could not figure how to get the Direct Tv to work so since internet was spotty it was almost impossible to watch anything. The biggest con of them all. You can hear the people next door very clearly. The condos are separated by a single thin door. You can hear every word. We have decide to look elsewhere for our next visit.

Great family vacation location

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were all well sized. Living room was small but represented properly in photos. Only improvements would’ve been cleanup in parking area, better outdoor furniture and ideally access to rinse feet after beach before entering the home. Host was very responsive! Location was quiet, great beach access location and quick drive to restaurants. We’d definitely stay again.

Unit has electrical issues

Check-in and check out was easy. House was hot (76-77deg). 1 HVAC unit outside making a loud shrieking sound and fans on the unit were not turning on at all—both AC units down. Of the 3 night stay, night 1 w/o AC was not good. Tried to lift some windows to let in some fresh air but the windows won’t stay open. Contacted prop mgr, hvac tech came out and got both running the next day. Day 2 was ok, except lights in kitchen come on and go out on their own. Was cooler inside so I let it go, thinking possibly a bad led fixture—trying to actually enjoy my time at beach. Next day spent time at the beach, fishing, and dinner before returning to the house our last evening. 4 adults expected to take showers and relax. get in shower and no hot water!! not what I needed or expected to have to deal with all this when you pay this kind of $$$$. Reported the incident, never heard back by checkout. Electric water heater breaker wasn’t tripped, and what was odd is other light fixtures upstairs were very dim. I tried to reset breaker anyway last night. Didn’t help the water heater but other lights that were very dim came on briefly at full power before going dim again. House needs an electrical inspection. I wasted my $$ doing this VRBO. This morning still no hot water. Went to kitchen to cook breakfast. Used stove and oven fine. 20 min later my wife was upstairs and said water was heating again. Owner needs to go spend a week there.

Loved Fort Morgan!!!!

Communication was awesome!!!!!! So helpful and would love to see other properties by same people! The outside was a bit dated and worn compared to the properties around it but the location was awesome! We will definitely be staying in Fort Morgan again!

We had a blast in Fort Morgan. The house was ready ahead of time and very clean. we will definitely be back to stay. The property manager called multiple times checking to make sure everything was up to par.

Great Location & View!

This property was so clean, updated, and modern. Our group of 8 had plenty of room to cook, eat, play games, and relax for our spring break. The views are amazing and the hosts were great to talk to! Had a quick issue with the stove, but they responded super quick and we only had 15 mins of down time from it! I have stayed at multiple places and this was by far one of the best experiences. My group had a couple of people who had never been to a house rental and they were thoroughly impressed! Besides not having more than one large pan, and only a couple seats on the porch, it was overall a great experience and we will be back!

Run down rental

A OK’ Oasis West was very disappointing. The sheets had mildew stains, a rusty stained microwave sits on the counter, shower rod was literally shoved into the drywall hanging crooked, bath knob is black and moldy, tubs and showers very old, broken blinds, fridge makes an intermittent screeching sound, no garbage disposal and paint all over the towel bars like nobody cares about the place. Grime and holes everywhere and a dirty grimy stair rail. The back door has a huge gap the wind was blowing through all night. Worst of all, the front stairs are worn and a few of them slope downward making them quite dangerous especially when wet and my husband fell on them. This place was truly awful and ruined out weekend away. I will not make this mistake again.
