Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor prized East corner directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with a beverage cooler, 60” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, a 42" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom and a 39" SMART TVS in the 3rd AND 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen Beds 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms and sofa sleeper queen for sleeping up to 16!



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Overall the room was very spacious for a big family and the beach views were amazing! We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. Left over food and coffee was left, food was found under cabinets along with other items, clothes were left behind, and the bed had stains. There was sand all over the floor, which I know some you can’t help but have but overall I wasn’t sure if the room was cleaned at all. The room was overall good for price, but very sad on how nasty it was.

Parking and access was amazing. View was great. Communication was bad. The beds were not acceptable. My wife went and slept on the couch one night. Our backs hurt the whole trip. Bring your own TP and trash bags. They don’t respond when you email them. View was great. They need to replace the beds asap.

The location of this property was perfect for our group which included 4 teens. The beach is beautiful and the kids enjoyed being able to walk around town. The workout room and pools were also a hit. As other reviews mentioned, this specific unit needs a deep cleaning, and the beds were uncomfortable. The floors and furniture were filthy and there were sheets on the washer and in baskets in the closet that appeared to be dirty as they were not folded. The unit also needs more towels, washcloths, and dish towels. It was not very well equipped compared to numerous VRBO properties we have rented in the past. Several of the bathrooms did not even have hand soap when we arrived. The air conditioner and furnace also had to be replaced during our stay, however they were prompt in responding and setting up the repair. The location on the third floor was convenient to parking, but be prepared for screaming kids when sitting on the balcony being right above the water slide. We will most likely return to Gulf Shores and would consider staying in this complex, but would not stay in this unit again.

Overall this was a nice place except the bedding was not freshly washed nor did the sheets properly fit the uncomfortable mattresses. The floors clearly have not been cleaned in some time. Location and beach access were great. Responsive when requested bath linens as there were a limited amount initially.

This condo was the perfect place for our large family vacation. The condo is clean and comfortable. It has plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. The parking, pool, and beach access were very convenient. We spent a lot of time on the very large patio. Plenty of seating everywhere, except for the dining table. I wish it had eight chairs as there is plenty of room for two more. You will want to pack dishwasher and laundry detergent, and toiltet paper as they get you started with a very small amount.

The tile was broken and loose, covered up with two old curled rugs that was a tripping issue. Floors so dirty you had to wear shoes in the unit. Fish smell in refrigerator, all area rugs were filthy, toilet leaked on the floor. Need more dining room chairs. Furniture and some mattress need to be replaced. Pictures will follow.

Condo was in a great location but the bathroom baseboards were dirty and there were some other minor issues e.g. a leaking toilet, broken floor tiles, etc. that need to be fixed. Overall, nice condo in a great location that was just what our group of 10 needed for a long weekend.

Week in Gulf Shores

Stayed in condo with two other couples, all in our 60s. Place was simply great, location was absolutely wonderful! A few minor items that were previously mentioned by others (only one working hairdryer), but overall, a fantastic place to stay. Indoor Pool temperature was great. Parking is on same floor as condo and parking was safe and secure. We would definitely rent here again.

Will never stay at this property again

The property was nothing like the pictures. We didn’t gave enough towels. The condo was filthy, stains on the couch and rug, dishes in cupboard were dirty, all 3 bathrooms had broken toilets. Had to call for more pillows and pillow sheets. Contacted property manager regarding toilets and no one came to fix. The main bathroom did not have a hairdryer, other bathroom the hairdryer did not work

King BR didn’t have mattress, only thin foam and sink hole in it. AC very noisy, clanking noise. Called Michael from Phoenix Vacay Properties and did not receive reply. Commode seat in King BR was cracked and wrapped in some type of tape. Commode in shared bathroom rocked front to back. One of the dining room chairs was broken and stored in king BR closet. Hair dryer in one of the bathrooms did not work. A lot of the electrical plugs were not working properly. You could use the top or bottom plug. If these problems were fixed we would come back. Great location. Beautiful condo.

Family fun trip

This place was wonderful! Very close parking, unloading carts easily accessible, very friendly staff especially the security staff!! Everything was very clean and stocked! So close to the beach and the pools were great!! We will definitely make this an annual family destination. Thank you!

Excellent Accomodations

This was our first vacation in Gulf Shores. We were joined by our children and grandchildren. We were very impressed with this property. The unit was more spacious than other beach condos we have rented in other locales. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowed everyone comfort and privacy. The unit was clean, the kitchen well appointed and there were plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. The balcony was expansive and provided comfortable/quality deck furniture and amazing views. Of course, the beach is stunning and just a few steps from the pool. The grandchildren used the large, heated, indoor pool on a few of the cooler days but didn't hesitate to enjoy the outdoor water slide, despite the chilly water. There were carts on every floor, of the parking garage, to help transport luggage and groceries to the unit and we enjoyed playing on the recently added pickle ball court. The location was ideal, as there were beach shops and several restaurants within a mile walk as well as a convenience store/coffee shop across the street. The consensus of all is to return in the future.

Our 2023 Christmas

The view! Right on the beach, with the sound of the waves when you step out on the large deck. The beds weren’t great but the rest of the condo was great for our family of 11. We stocked the kitchen but what items we ran out of, there is a small grocery right across the street. And when we decided to eat out we Ubered our way around or walked to The Hangout.

Great family stay

We had 5 couples and a newborn and there was plenty of room in this condo. The property was clean and had all the amenities you would need (great balcony views, indoor and outdoor pool, easy access to beach, etc.)
