The huge loft area features a seating area, a comfortable king bed with an en suite bathroom, and walk in closet. The downstairs bedroom has a new queen mattress. There is also an office with a pull out full bed. This home is conveniently located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood in the heart of Gulf Breeze near Oriole Beach! It is a very short 15 minute drive to beautiful Pensacola Beach and 20 minutes to downtown Pensacola! Enjoy the best of both without breaking the bank. Book your stay today!



Bring your furry pups along on your trip since it is also dog friendly. There is a non refundable $100 pet fee for each dog. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. This property was a wonderful temporary home during my work assignment in Pensacola. Check-in and check-out were simple, and the property manager was always prompt, kind, and professional in every interaction. The home was in excellent condition—clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. I truly appreciated having such a welcoming place to return to each day and the peace of mind knowing support was available if needed. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed home away from home.

Cute house

The house was cute and the kitchen was stocked with 2 coffee makers, a toaster, toaster oven, Instant Pot, etc. Plenty of plates, bowls and glasses but very little actual silverware. Only 2 butter knives, a few forks and a few spoons. Plenty of steak knives and cooking utensils. The biggest issue is that there are NO dressers in the house, which means no dresser drawers to store your clothes!! There is a small desk in the office (still no drawers) so we piled all of our non-closet items there. There is hot water but you really have to wait for it. Cute neighborhood close to restaurants, stores, etc., just not close to our family but that’s on us and has nothing to do with the house. One of the biggest disappointments was that there is literally nothing in the back yard
no grill, tables, chairs. It would have been nice to sit out back after a long day. A/C worked great.

This is a very misleading listing of a house run by a management company that is perfectly comfortable with their dishonest and unprofessional business practices. The listing has pictures of a fully intact fence. The actual fence is very old and dilapidated and has huge gaping holes in several places. My dog is old and blind and deaf. She needs an enclosure to keep her from wandering off. I would have not rented this house had I seen current pictures of the fence. When I addressed it with the property manager they stated they know the fence needs to be replaced. I stated the listing needed to be updated with current pictures of the fence. I basically got a “Sorry. Enjoy your stay.”The drain in the bathtub upstairs didn’t drain from the moment we got there. I got tired of standing in dirty soapy water and ended up using tweezers and a flashlight to fish out all the hair and soap scum from who knows how many people before me. It was disgusting and irritating to know I paid 180 for a cleaning fee when I have to do the dirty work myself. When addressed with the property manager, they said I should have contacted them so maintenance could come. So I guess I was supposed to get out of the dirty bathwater, call the host, wait for them to call someone to drive to the home to pull hairballs out of the drain - which is a normal part of cleaning a bathroom - and then I could get back in the shower.

Quiet neighborhood w/boat parking!! :)

This was a trendous property in a quiet neighborhood. The check in was simple with great communication from the property owner. This property was perfect as I have a 24' foot center console off shore boat and it fit perfect in the driveway with an electrical putlet right inside the front door to plug in every day...2nd time staying and i am sure there will be more stays ..

The house suited our needs and allowed our pets. It has perfect location for dog crates or kennels. It was clean and had all amenities we needed. My only recommendation would be if you have small dogs the fence in back has some gaps so you have to be watchful. The beds are a little hard for our taste so toppers would help. Overall rating is good

It was a great little house! When I say super clean
it was very very clean! Kitchen had all the things you would need to cook if you do. Washer and dryer in case you need to do laundry. They have thought of everything! The location is good
there is a Winn Dixie close for groceries
.close if you’re going Downtown Pensacola or shopping in Destin or of course the beach!! The price and house were right! Definitely would stay again! Thank you!

Not like the pictures!

Although photos showed a well-maintained yard and cute little house, it was very outdated inside and the yard was full of weeds with a broken fence. The photos did not match the actual property. We brought our small Pomeranian dog and couldn't even let her outside because the yard was full of stickers that got stuck to her fur. We could only stay to sleep. Very disappointed as the cost did not match the environment. (The only area that looked nice and was kept up was the upstairs master bedroom).

The home was small and quaint. It would have helped to have had a twin bed or a bunk bed at least in the bedroom downstairs instead of a couch. Also it would have been nice to have a few more baking dishes. Otherwise the stay was very nice, and the whole procedure from booking to departure was excellent.

The property owner provided a great pre-flight check-in email that provided all the details needed for a smooth check-in. The house was perfect size for the 2 of us with great driveway length to park my truck and 24' boat and trailer. The house had all the amenties of your own house. We will be staying here again!!!

Good place for the price

House looks newer on the listing than it does it person. Clean but not immaculate. Exterior could really use some TLC, especially the back yard which we ended up not using at all. Spare room with futon smells musty, especially if you close the door. Wouldn’t really call the futon a bed, as it’s still L shaped when folded flat. “Laundry room” is actually a musty, stuffy closet in the kitchen with washer and dryer in it. The “green” setting on the thermostat was annoying - when the house felt hot and we tried to adjust the temp, it didn’t really work. Proximity to the beach was good, response to inquiries was exceptional and very much appreciated.

Overall Great Stay!

The location was perfect and the little neighborhood was very cute. The house itself was awesome - all the kitchen items you’d need and lots of space. The only thing that was maybe a bit lacking was the backyard space. It was ok, but I didn’t quite want to let my dog out there off leash due to some small spaces in the fence and what looked like a fire pit that was a bit rusted with some jagged edges. My pup was just happy to have a yard to sniff around in though so overall great!!

The house is in a small neighborhood. Quiet area. The backyard is bare, no shade or furniture or grill. The inside is good. Kitchen is stocked with all appliances, cooking utensils, plates, etc. plus tin foil and things like that. We were 4 adults so the living room was big enough for us to watch TV together. Nice bedrooms and showers. Plenty of towels, wash cloths. Easy access to the front door. Probably a safe neighborhood since we left the back door unlocked one day and didn't have any incidents. Dining room table and chairs aren't the best. The table would turn on the top and one chair had a wobbly leg. We didn't cook but the stove looked good.

Florida trip

Very cute house and it was so nice that we could bring our 14 year old Yorke. The only thing is the back yard is not secure for small or medium dogs and I had to pick stick tights every time she came back in. Other than that everything was clean and nice.
