Exterior security cameras cover the property perimeter. Please note the decorative fireplace is not operational. Your dog will love the enclosed yard and meadow — just remember to keep them on the furniture-free floor and always clean up after them. The eight-acre private beach is a rare amenity shared with just a few neighbors. It offers some of the best fishing in Guerneville if you're an angler.
