Welcome to the ALA-Living House Family Happiness in Günzburg. Near LEGOLAND Günzburg you will find our renovated and attractively furnished family house for up to 8 people. Enjoy our modern accommodation with four bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds, a children's room, two modern bathrooms each with a shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a great dining table and a cozy living room. On 150 square meters you will find everything families need for a wonderful holiday.

In the spacious entrance area, the modernly renovated family house offers enough space for the whole family. From there you can directly reach the new, fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, induction hob, oven and dishwasher. The open kitchen flows into the living and dining room. A large dining table offers space for young and old. A children's chair can also be used by our guests at any time. The cozy living room invites you to relax - in addition to a 55" TV, there are board games for the whole family. Maybe you would like to play a game of Twister together?

Also on the ground floor is one of the bedrooms with a 180x200cm box spring bed, wardrobe and baby bed. There is a changing table right next to it. From there you can reach the large and completely renovated family bathroom with shower and toilet. This offers enough space and options for young and old. Hand soap, shampoo and shower gel are also available for free use. We are happy to provide you with a baby bathtub, as well as a potty and toilet seat free of charge.

An additional separate guest toilet is also available.

From the entrance area a staircase leads directly to the upper floor of the family house. There are two further bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a children's room. The children's room has two 70x160cm single beds. The large bedroom has a 180x200cm box spring bed. The smaller bedroom has a 140x200cm bed. This bathroom also offers plenty of options for parents and children. Hand soap, shampoo and shower gel are also available for free use.

On the day of arrival you will receive all the information you need to check in at our family-happy house. Access is possible flexibly with a key box.

We don't live directly on site, but we are available to our guests at any time and can come to the accommodation if necessary.

Our family house is intended to provide a great stay for young and old. We have therefore equipped this accommodation with toys for children aged 2-5, board games for the whole family, some children's books and necessary utensils for babies and toddlers. You will also find a children's chair as well as children's crockery and cutlery and a baby bed in the accommodation. Upon request, we will also be happy to provide you with a baby bathtub as well as a potty and toilet seat. We always provide one bedroom for every two people. If you would like to use several rooms, please contact us in advance.
