Our apartment includes a secure and free parking place within the building premises, the condo has private security 24/7, an entry control booth, extremely safe and reliable.
PROHIBITIONS

• Children must always be supervised; they must not be left alone on stairs or in dangerous areas.
• Do not leave objects (bicycles, tricycles, etc.) in common areas.
• Pets are only allowed inside the apartment and must not make disturbing noises; they are prohibited in social areas.
• Smoking is prohibited in common and enclosed areas within the condominium.
• Littering, cigarette butts, and spitting are prohibited in common and enclosed areas.
• Do not play with water, foam, or throw objects from windows.
• Storing flammable or explosive materials is prohibited.
• Do not use sound equipment that disturbs others or exceeds 50 dB outside or inside the apartment.
• Hanging objects, towels, or clothes or beating clothes on facades is prohibited.
• Each parking space is exclusive; do not use others` spaces or remain parked blocking a parking space.
• Do not enter the elevator wet or dirty it.
• Parties in common areas with large crowds are prohibited, except with permission from the Administration.
• QR codes are personal, as are elevator access codes; do not give them to couriers or third parties.
• Shopping carts: use them properly and return them to their assigned place.
• Parties in apartments are only allowed until 2:00 a.m.
• Leaving pet food outside is prohibited.

These acts are subject to fines ranging from $50 to $250 imposed directly by the building administration.
