The apartment is quite spacious for a one bedroom. Apart from the bedroom and living room, you can put the round table on the veranda and enjoy the views of a beautiful sunrise or sunset.

We offer roof fans on both rooms, and a brand new Home Office space in the bedroom, where you will have a very comfortable office chair + a retrievable desk with a direct Ethernet connection to the modem.

From around 10am till 2pm, depending also on the time of year, the sun hits the balcony and it's very pleasant to there.

The building does not offer parking, but there are numerous free parking slots just in front. If you find someone asking for money to take care of your car, you can either do it or park yourself a bit further on the same Avenue (Leomil) where they don't "offer this service".

You will have access to five beach chairs that will be taken and set for your convenience by the building staff at the area reserved for us at the beach. If you have access to a bicycle during your stay, you can also ask to park it in the building.

A brand new Supermarket Pão de Açúcar Minuto has opened just by the corner.

Guest Access:
Full access to the apartment. It's possible to park a bicycle in the building and use up to 5 beach chairs by asking the building staff.

The Neighborhood:
From the apartment you are at 30m to the Pitangueiras beach, where you will also be able to enjoy dinner or a drinks at the Avelino's Restaurant, right by the beach. The supermarket is around the corner (Pão de Açucar Minuto), very convenient and you can find a solution for most of your urban need at walking distance.

Being at that spot is also interesting as if you enjoy walking, it is possible to reach other very interesting beaches such as Astúrias, Tombo and even Guaiúba. To the other side you will reach Morro do Maluf, Morro da Campina and Enseada beach.

Getting Around:
You can do most of the things by walking. You can also use uber, taxis and public transportation to get around.

Other Things to Note:
Please wash the sand off by the building entrance before entering the apartment after the beach.

We are now able to offer sheets and towels for up to two beds and 4 people optionally for 50 reais. Up to two blankets for an additional 25 reais for the period or until you request to renew it.

The optional service of providing linens, towels and covers is subject to availability and must be requested from your side with many days of anticipation.

We are not able to cancel a booking for the reason of not being able to offer an optional service subject to availability.

And we do have a washing machine at the apartment.

The most important House Rules are:

* Silence from 10pm till 8am. No external sound systems, amplifiers, etc. are allowed.
* Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time and 4 people per day. Guests must be pre-identified with anticipation.
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 10 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet
* No recordings and/or videos (public or private) of the property/building can be shared/distributed, online or otherwise.
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.

Interaction with Guests:
We are currently doing self check-ins and check-outs and leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need a help or suggestion from us.
