Whether you’re easing into the morning with coffee at the dining table or returning after an afternoon exploring nearby landmarks, this condo creates an easy, grounded retreat in the heart of it all.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed to accommodate up to four guests, the residence features two bedrooms - each with a comfortable bed, bed linens, and room-darkening shades to support restful nights. Clothing storage: closet and hangers keep your belongings organized, making it simple to settle in. Two full bathrooms with hot water and bathroom essentials provide added ease for couples, friends, or small families sharing the space.



Living and comfort

Air conditioning keeps the interior refreshing year-round, while Wifi allows you to stay connected for work or leisure. In the evenings, unwind with the TV or enjoy a quiet pause after a day in the city. The layout balances privacy and togetherness, offering space to recharge while still feeling connected.

1. Mandatory garbage disposal:

All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells.

It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.

2. Garbage Disposal Requirements:

Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double.

Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.

3. Liability for damage:

Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.

4. Instructions for rentals through platforms such as Airbnb:

For apartments renting through these platforms, we ask that you instruct your guests on these provisions to avoid mishaps.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining order and cleanliness in our facilities.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock.



Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



*The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much!



The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay.



The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 4* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $15* USD per person per night.



The accommodation has a capacity of 4, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants.
