The Space:

Guadalajara's energy is right outside your door - the kind of city that rewards curiosity, whether you're tracing art deco architecture through Zona Rosa, ducking into a mezcaleria in the evening, or lingering over birria at a neighborhood market. This condo gives you a calm, well-appointed base to return to after all of it.



Living space

The open-plan layout lets natural light move through the living and dining areas throughout the day. Air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable, and the dedicated workspace makes it easy to stay productive without sacrificing your surroundings. A TV anchors the living area for quieter evenings in, and the single-level floor plan means everything flows without interruption.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests, each set up for genuine rest. Room-darkening shades block out the city light when you need them to, while clothing storage, hangers, and extra pillows and blankets add the kind of detail that makes a longer stay feel easy. Three full bathrooms mean mornings move smoothly for everyone.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is properly equipped - refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a mini fridge. Whether you're making a simple breakfast before heading out or settling in for a longer meal, the dining table gives everyone a place to gather. Barbecue utensils are also on hand if you want to take advantage of outdoor cooking.



Entertainment & family features

Beyond the basics, the space includes a ping pong table and pool table - useful for group evenings when you'd rather stay in. For families traveling with young children, a crib, Pack 'n play/Travel crib, children's books and toys, children's dinnerware, and window guards are all available.



Bathrooms

All three bathrooms are stocked with essentials - hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hot water, and cleaning products. A safe is also available in the bedroom and laundry area.



Building access & amenities

Entry is through a private entrance with keypad self check-in, so arrival works on your schedule. The building has elevator access, and during your stay you'll have access to a pool, gym, and sauna, along with resort access nearby. A washer and dryer are in-unit, and a laundromat is also close by. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking are available if you're arriving by car.



Location

The condo is positioned in one of Guadalajara's well-established neighborhoods, close to the everyday conveniences and cultural texture that make the city worth exploring. Luggage dropoff is allowed for flexible arrivals and departures, long term stays are welcome, and cleaning is available during your stay for extended visits.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards. We regret to inform you that this unit does not allow access to the gym under any circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: -Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment, in case of loss or damage, a replacement will be charged.
