The Space:

Step through the private entrance and into a single-level apartment where city skyline views greet you from the moment you arrive. This is a home base that earns the name - calm enough to decompress in, connected enough to launch your days from, and set in one of Guadalajara's most layered and energetic neighborhoods. Settle in at your own pace: the keypad lets you arrive whenever you're ready, and the open layout makes it easy to feel at home fast.

 

The space

Light moves easily through this single-level apartment, keeping the atmosphere open and grounded. There are no stairs within the home, and the building elevator - at least 52 inches deep with a doorway at least 32 inches wide - makes arrivals and departures straightforward for everyone. Whether you're here for a long weekend or an extended stay, the layout and flow of the space are designed to support both.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests comfortably. Each room comes fitted with room-darkening shades for restful nights and a closet for practical storage - a detail that makes a real difference if you're settling in for a longer visit. Every bedroom offers a quiet, private space to recharge after a full day in the city.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast to an unhurried evening meal. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and blender, along with dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. The dining table pulls the group together naturally - whether that's for a shared meal, morning coffee, or spreading out a map and planning the next few days.

 

Indoor comfort

Wi-Fi and a TV keep you connected and entertained. A dedicated workspace means the apartment works just as well for guests traveling on business as it does for those here purely to explore. The single-level floor plan keeps movement through the space easy and uninterrupted.

All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells.

It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.

Garbage Disposal Requirements:

Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double.

Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.

Liability for damage:

Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock. Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host). Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. *The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

A unique and attractive site awaits you within a city with a wide range of architecture. Guadalajara, the capital of the state of Jalisco, is characterized for being a dynamic and diverse city that offers a wide range of cultural and economic experiences. The location of the lodging brings you close to the points with the most social interaction, such as: Paseo Chapultepec, glorieta Minerva and the Historic Center.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

Important note: This accommodation does not have air conditioning. The space is naturally ventilated thanks to the local climate. Please keep this in mind before confirming your reservation to ensure it meets your needs.

Your help is essential for us, thank you very much! The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay. The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 5* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $20* USD per person per night. The accommodation has a capacity of 6, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does.
