Set near Glorieta Minerva in one of Guadalajara's most sought-after neighborhoods, the apartment sits within a building with elevator access and is designed as a single level home - no stairs inside the unit. Self check-in is handled through a keypad, so your arrival is smooth and on your schedule. Paseo Chapultepec and the Historic Center are both within easy reach, and the building's location keeps you close to the cultural and social heart of the city.



Sleeping arrangements

The apartment sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms with 3 beds and 3 baths. Each bedroom includes bed linens and clothing storage, giving everyone space to unpack and settle in properly. Bathroom essentials are provided so you can refresh and head out without any hassle.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses - everything you need whether you are starting the morning with breakfast or winding down with a home-cooked meal. The dining table provides a comfortable setting for shared meals, match-day planning sessions, or relaxed evening conversations.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.





It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock.



Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



*The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much!



The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay.



The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 5* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $20* USD per person per night.



The accommodation has a capacity of 6, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants.

In case you have a car: this unit does not have a parking space in the building but we will be happy to provide you with a parking space nearby.
