The Space:

Soft light filters through wide windows as the city moves steadily below, and the skyline shifts in color from morning to evening. After a day exploring Guadalajara’s lively streets, you return to a calm perch above it all - a space designed for unwinding, settling into a steady rhythm, and enjoying quiet moments between outings.



Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms and two baths create a comfortable layout for up to four guests. Each bedroom includes a bed, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage, making it easy to rest well and settle in. The single level home layout means there are no stairs in the home, keeping everything within easy reach. Bathroom essentials are provided, and heating and cooling with air conditioning help maintain comfort throughout your stay.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen offers a dedicated space where you can cook your own meals, whether preparing breakfast before heading out or winding down with dinner in the evening. A refrigerator, mini fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, toaster, and blender support easy meal preparation, and the dining table provides a relaxed setting to gather and share food. Wine glasses and barbecue utensils are available, and a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture offer additional options within the property’s outdoor areas.



Work & everyday living

Capacity and Rates:

The rate per night published on the platform is base and includes 1 to 4 guests.

Starting with the 3rd guest, an additional charge of approximately $15 USD per person per night applies.



The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 4 people, including adults, children and infants.

Important: Although Airbnb does not count children and infants in the total number of guests, the condo does. Please be sure to include all occupants when booking.



Cleaning:

The cleaning fee covers cleaning before and after your stay, but does not include daily cleaning or changing of linens or laundry during your visit.
